Our hot water heater started leaking at 3:30PM. I called our insurance agent and by 8PM it was replaced. Jacob was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient. I look forward to referring them to everyone in need of a plumbing company. read more

We had a water leak in our wall behind the toilet in the master bath. We called Superior, we had worked with them once before on another toilet leak. Keno came out the first time and also this time. We were happy to see him because he had done such a good job before. Keno and Michael were so helpful. Keno recognizing what was going to be a much bigger job as walls had to be removed and carpet repair. He immediately took action and called a contractor to assist in demolition and access to leak. Once the contractor renoved parts of drywall Keno and Michael we able to quickly identify the problem and they fixed in a very short time. They were so professional...arrived when they said they would. Handled everything to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend this company. When times like this ,happen it's nice to work with such talented in what they do! They were kind, efficient and rates were reasonable we have had to call them back today because our other toilet has begun leaking. when it rains it pours it seems, but we are pleased we have Superior to call and Keno and Michael to rely on. read more

Superior - Plumbing Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Excellent attitude, work and information from Keno and those at Superior today. If you're looking through Yelp reviews for a plumber (at least sewer/drain stuff) just schedule these folks at Superior and stop looking about. Use your time for something you'd rather be doing... read more

This is by far one of the best companies we've worked with. Brandon came to our house and solved an issue for $220 that rotorooter was claiming would cost thousands. Not only did he resolve our bathtub issue with ease and kindness, he also showed us why rotorooter was wrong in their findings which was in my opinion laziness and greed. We will 100% be using this upstanding and honest company ALWAYS going forward! read more

Having issues with my 8 yr old gas water heater. Brandon came over and gave me an estimate to replace, and he also included some useful tips that saved me over $200...I did the permit application on-line with the City of Henderson and had the inspector come the day following the installation. Passed with flying colors! Quality of work was outstanding, as was their patience with me watching and asking questions. would recommend them for all plumbing needs. read more

I have used them several times. Always courteous and thorough. I called yesterday about a leak in the hot water heater. Brandon came out early evening, explained it all and we agreed to a new one. He explained that it was a contractor model, much better than the stores. I researched that and it is true. We were much better off spending a little or even no more, to have it done right. He handled it by himself, promptly, cheerfully, and explained everything. read more

I had a leak in the waterline from the water main to my house. I contacted Superior Plumbing and the dispatcher was able to get me scheduled with a plumber the following day. Brandon and his partner arrived at the scheduled time and were able to provide me a fair estimate for performing the work. I also added some other plumbing concerns that I had and these projects were incorporated into the estimate. Upon acceptance of the estimate the dispatcher promptly scheduled the work with Brandon and his partner. The work was completed professionally and promptly with apparent quality that passed inspection. I was very happy with the service and value provided by the dispatcher and Brandon and his partner. read more

I recently had a 3/4" hot water line begin leaking underneath my front foyer entryway. After having four different plumbling contractors come out to give me an estimate on repairing the leak, I decided on Superior Plumbing to repair my water issue. I made my decision after speaking with Bryce an employee of Superior. He is so very savvy on how to handle plumbing problems. He made me confident on how he would solve my leak issue. When his plumbing assistant arrived, they both took steps to control the dust that would be coming from access holes they had to cut in sheetrock. His co-worker ,Chochi, was very good at making the repairs go well. They both did a fantasy job at cleanup too. To both of them, I thank them for their efficiency at making things go well. I recommend using this company to repair plumbing problems. Dennis D. read more

Professional, reliable, and excellent service with a fair price! It saved me money. I highly recommend Superior to fix your plumbing problems. Our rental property bathroom shower and faucet were leaking. We called the license contractor, his estimation to fix leaking and to replace a new tub for over thousands of dollars. We called Superior from a list given by our insurance. Mat returned my call immediately. He then visited our property and checked. Through his experience, he diagnosed the leaking problem correctly and gave me the estimated cost less than a thousand. His efficiency to make things go well, and I would like to thank Mat and his team for this job done. 5 Stars from me. Thank you. read more

Great experience from start to finish. The office lady was super helpful when I called, got me an appointment within a couple days. The plumber ( Bryce ) was amazing and very knowledgeable. Really made us feel like he wasn't just here for the money but to truly help us with our problem ( slab leak ). The price was better then any that I found online. I will definitely continue to use these guys in the future! read more

Bryce, his son and Matt did an amazing job installing a new kitchen faucet in my house, replacing my water heater and changing out my 21 year old shower cartridges. They were professional, diligent, and Bryce took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I would highly recommend their services. They truly are great plumbers who put the needs of their customers first. They will not overcharge for services and their prices are extremely fair. I am 91 and a widow. My toilet had a leak. Superior Plumbing gave me an estimate of $364 to fix the leak. What they did was replaced water shut off valve, fill valve and installed a new flapper which I had purchased recently. The bill included aa 3% discount and a $10.00 fuel charge. The toilet continued to leak. They returned to fix the leak. The plumber trimmed the flapper saying it was catching on the fill valve and the toilet was working perfectly. The toilet then was not a leak but a flow of water. I had my handyman come look at it and he replaced the fill valve, as he said it was inferior product and would eventually cause more problems (he showed me the problem on the fill valve and then when it was replaced showed me again how the new fill valve corrected the problem, and replaced the flapper which was not contusive to my brand of toilet. Toilet fixed - finally. Expensive lesson learned. read more

Gary from Superior Plumbing came out on our request to determine what was causing our water bill to be so high each month. Our initial cost per month when we had the house built in 2005 was around $70. but for unknown reasons the costs shot up between $350. to $400 per month for the last 6 months. After inspecting our water system he determined that the self adjusting water system for our pool was faulty. He was very helpful to us as he explained the problem and what we should do. Thank you Superior Plumbing! Lyle T in Henderson read more

Excellent service from Jim and his crew. We had a 8' section of sewer pipe replaced in our front yard. It only took them a few hours to fix and after they were finished you would have never known they were there. read more

Lives up to its name! Truly superior response and service. Shower valves in both our bathrooms failed and I needed a quick repair before family was arriving. Superior Plumbing dispatched a plumber just 90 minutes after I called. Robert Scott assessed the situation and explained the work needed and cost. He arrived promptly as scheduled the next day and completed the repairs in just an hour. Robert was exceedingly professional, friendly, and left no trace behind. In the past we've had to clean up after contractors, but Robert removed his shoes as we requested and tidied up when the work was done. I hope we won't have another urgent plumbing situation, but if we do I know that we'll be calling Superior Plumbing again. read more

The only reason I'm giving these guys four stars is because I didn't get a confirmation call saying they were coming out. I had to call them. Knick was sent to my house and he was great. Can't say thanks enough! These guys went way above and beyond to help me in a desperate situation on a Sunday night around 9pm. Gary and Tyson were positively amazing. Brilliant and professional. I called about 15 "24 hour" plumbing companies. Everybody tried telling me they'd notify the tech and the tech would get back to me... then if by chance the tech did, he would say "sorry we don't have anyone available until tomorrow morn...". I completely understand that nobody wants to work late on a Sunday night. At the same time tho, emergencies happen. These guys went out of their way to make it happen tonight and fix my plumbing issue. Price was reasonable as well. They are the only plumbing company I will call from here on out as long as I live in Vegas. read more

I hate to give a one star review but the professionalism of one of your employees really upset me. The confidentiality of your clients and should be priority as well, when you have an employee telling other business about other clients and causing drama this makes your company look bad and less referrals. read more

These guys are amazing! I'm truly impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They were quick and precise.

They arrived early for our appointment, always a pleasant surprise, and completed the repair in under an hour. The best part... they charged me the same amount as the estimate. NO UP CHARGES!!! I will definitely call them first whenever I need a repair. Thank you to Knick & Jim for the excellent experience. read more

I called out superior plumbing for an issue I have had in my pipes for a long time. There was loud banging and rumbling throughout my house and I was worried the problem was bigger than it was. Gary came out to my property on super short notice to check out the situation. He is super friendly and honest and pretty much the most amazing plumber I have ever met! Didn't try to add on hidden fees or add on more equipment than I needed and rip me off like the other plumber I had out! He truly just wanted to fix the problem for me and he did just that! Not a rumble or a noise in my house anymore! I will def recommend this company to everyone I know and they will be my go to from now on! Thank you Gary and everyone at superior plumbing! read more

I use these guys on a constant basis, seeing as I work in Commercial Property Management. The office crew is so incredibly professional, quick, and courteous. Jim, the plumber, is incredibly thorough and easy to work with. Being a single mom, I am naturally nervous about not knowing if I am going to get ripped off by contractors. First off, YOU CAN TRUST SUPERIOR PLUMBING!!! Not only were they honest but they are very nice and understanding. They understand when you can't afford the expenses and do their best to get the job done and meet your needs. They are fast to responding. Just seriously overall nice. Not only is the my review to recommend them but they were recommended to me by three other people before I called them! If I could leave less stars I would. This company came to fix a plumbing overflow issue at my apartment complex. 30 minutes into being here a hose backfired and fecal matter/ water went flying in the air landing allllll over my vehicle which was properly parked in my assigned parking spot. I went outside to tell them I just watched this happen and an employee named Matt said "no we didn't do that sweetheart, it's called rain water" RAIN WATER? Suddenly it rains literal SHIT? I am outraged. Here are some photos of my vehicle which absolutely HAS to be a sanitation issue. Disease spreads via fecal matter and I have human feces all over my door handle, windshield, everything. I am absolutely furious at how their employees handled this situation. Not only were they rude but they left my car covered in human shit for me to "handle it" myself. Now I get to spend my evening trying to clean up their mess. Awful customer service. I have sent an email to their management, to the Nevada board of sanitation; and to my apartment complex. This is absolutely unacceptable. Here are some attached photos of my vehicle after they left. read more

Bryce and his college came out to look at a potential leak in my laundry room. They were extremely respectful, prompt, and professional. They were amazing and I will not be using any other plumbing service other than Superior Plumbing & Drain from here on out!! read more

I owe a big thank you to Kurt of Superior Plumbing & Drain. I called Old Republic (my home warranty company) and told them I needed a different plumber as soon as possible, because the previous one had been stringing me along, and after being a no-show for a scheduled appointment, I'd had enough. That was on a Sunday, so I really was shocked when I got a call just an hour later. It was Kurt with Superior Plumbing. I gave him all the information I had gleaned from the gas company and prior plumbing contractor. But it seems all I really needed to tell him was that I had been without hot water for 2 weeks. He promised to be at my house first thing the next day. Monday morning at 8:30 Kurt arrived on time, in uniform. He's very professional and knowledgable. After a brief conversation he went straight to work and within a little more than 30 minutes he had my water heater working! He then took the time to give me some important information about it and another situation he noticed with my plumbing. Next time I'll save myself the hassle and request Superior Plumbing from the start. read more
