From the time that Caroline answered my call, I knew I had made the right connection for the AC repairs I needed. She asked me all the right questions and explained that they would be able to help me today. She was very personable and professional, and she made me feel like my situation and I really mattered. I am a senior citizen, and I find that people don't always get that kind of treatment nowadays. Nick, the technician, showed up at my house less than 3 1/2 hours later. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. After running some diagnostics, he opened up the unit inside my home and then the outside unit as well. He explained to me each step of the way what needed to be done to repair my AC. I was amazed at how he had completed it all and had something like 50° air coming out of all of my floor vents in a little more than an hours time. Caroline and Nick are both assets to Mr. Cool's business, and I can honestly say they were my angels for the day as well. The cost was very reasonable, and definitely less than what I thought it might have been. Mr. Cool's has become my "go to" if/when I have any other trouble with my AC or heating. They replied quickly and we agreed on a time. They specifically said the time worked and they would be here. Then, without any other explanation, they simply said they were booked and couldn't make it. Nothing other than that: no message apologizing, no message saying they're prioritizing rescheduling as soon as possible, nothing. I waited to post this 9+ hours after their last message to see what the owner said, but I've gotten nothing in reply. So while I should at least get an apology, I'm not surprised to see zero accountability. If they can't simply apologize, I'm not sure how they think they can be trusted to do any actual work.

I received an email and text informing me of the name of the tech along with a photo of him, and verification of appointment day and time frame. I received email and text reminders the night before and the morning of the scheduled appointment. Yannick was on time, personable, and professional. He answered questions I had and then performed the tune up service. Payment for services rendered was handled upon completion of the service using a credit card reader. He emailed me the invoice and receipts at the time of the transaction. Again, I'm very pleased with services rendered.

Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. Definitely made the right choice.

I know the company needs to mark up to install and make a living but the quote I got was way beyond the normal mark up and upselling. The tech quoted that me I needed a duct clean on a 2 year old home, and put a quote for an April Aire that I did not ask for nor discuss into the quote in addition to the APCO X. The quote was an eye popping $11,000 dollars! Not only is this insulting to my intelligence but when I called the company they didn't care.

He showed up exactly on time, walked me through what he was doing, and explained how the system works instead of just rushing through the job. The dryer duct alone had some massive lint buildup from years of accumulation. Watching what he pulled out of there made me realize how overdue the cleaning was. What really stood out was that he didn't just clean and leave. He tested everything afterward, checked connections, tightened a few things that were loose, and made sure the airflow was right before wrapping up. That extra attention to detail is rare.
