I called to make an appointment to assess the problem with the HVAC and Jared came. Jared was a professional and provided me the situation and didn't lie to me at all. Jared provided me with all details of his assessment so that I could "possibly" compare with other HVAC companies. Jared never once tried to upsell me only anything and he said the assessment was free. I did call 2 other companies to make an assessment. Both companies provided me with a list of "things" that is wrong with the unit. One of them tried to upsell me a brand new HVAC UNIT and they offer financing. Per my calculation I would be paying $18K for an HVAC unit if I financed with them ($12k for the unit & $6K for interest). I called Jared and asked him to write me an invoice to purchase a new unit, which he did and I was surprised by how much different the cost was (way lower) from the other company. I asked Jared what is the actual total with tax, labor and dumping the old unit....he said "that's the whole total...with delivery, pick-up, removal and installation ". I agreed to the terms and scheduled the replacement. A-Tech team showed up at 8am on the scheduled date and immediately went to work. Jared explained to me the whole process and he even invited me to watch their work. 3 hours later the guys are done, cleaned up and ready for payment - which I was glad to pay in full. The warranty was great! I highly recommended A-Tech to ANYONE needing repair, replacement or even an assessment done to their HVAC system. Brad is a small business owner and employs professionals like Jared! 5 stars for sure!

After chatting a little bit, we scheduled an appointment. Yannik was scheduled to come to my house to perform a Spring tune up. I received an automated booking verification via the email and phone number I had provided. I received an email and text informing me of the name of the tech along with a photo of him, and verification of appointment day and time frame. I received email and text reminders the night before and the morning of the scheduled appointment. Yannick was on time, personable, and professional. He answered questions I had and then performed the tune up service. Payment for services rendered was handled upon completion of the service using a credit card reader. He emailed me the invoice and receipts at the time of the transaction. Again, I'm very pleased with services rendered.

As a result, the system was not performing properly. There was a leak in refrigerant, was short cycling and wound internally shut off, and was not configured properly for zoned system. The existing system was installed when we purchased this house new in 2018 but was contractor grade. Ryan provided a couple of solutions but decided to replace. Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. Definitely made the right choice.

I contacted them regarding replacement of my blower wheel and blower motor after already obtaining previous quotes from other companies. I provided them with those quotes and detailed information upfront to make the process easier, yet communication was poor almost immediately. Before the appointment even happened, getting responses to simple questions took an unreasonable amount of time. Messages and calls were either delayed or ignored, and I constantly felt like I was chasing them down for updates. The overall impression was that they either did not want the job or did not prioritize customer communication at all. When you are dealing with an HVAC issue -- especially in warm weather -- timely communication matters. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up just to get basic answers about scheduling, parts, pricing, or expectations. The work involved replacing the blower wheel and motor, which is not a minor repair, so professionalism and communication are important. Unfortunately, the experience lacked both. The delays, lack of responsiveness, and disorganized communication made the entire process stressful and disappointing. I chose this company expecting reliability and professional customer service, especially after explaining the situation clearly from the beginning. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and frustrated throughout much of the process. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would recommend others carefully consider communication and responsiveness before hiring them.

If you need service and advice you can trust this is the company to go to. They won't up-sell you something you don't need and will keep your old units running as long as physically possible if you want. The last thing I need is for my A/C to quit in the middle of July. I decided to replace the complete system because both the A/C and heating units were very old. I did an online search to find reviews of various Las Vegas A/C contractors. Of course, I am only going to choose contractors with many 5-star reviews. After doing some research, I decided to go with newer multi-stage technology. I had more than one 5-star-reviewed contractor give me an estimate, based on a very specific type of A/C unit. Nevada Residential Services was the only one that provided a specific estimate with the model number that I provided. One of the other 5-star bidders, either by accident or possibly by bait-and-switch, tried to switch the model number I requested to a cheaper version. Nevada Residential Services provided the lowest complete-install estimate for the mode number I requested. They sent a professional crew and completed the installation, removing my old A/C and heating unit and replacing it with a new one in less than 6 hours. Everyone on the crew was knowledgeable and knew their job. The job cost was exactly the same as the estimate. After the installation, they returned a few days later for a quality insurance inspection. I could not be more pleased with the results from the multi-stage A/C system. It is an extremely quiet unit compared to my old system. My outdoor compressor sits on a concrete slab next to my patio. The old unit was so noisy at start-up and while running that it was very annoying to sit on the patio on summer evenings.
