I called the number and my call was answered immediately. I sent photos of the chips and was able to get a quote right away. I also called another company and AK was lower, so I took a chance and went with AK. I also asked them to rechaulk which they did for a very nominal fee. After they were finished, they sent me photos as I don't live in the condo. I thought they did a fine job based on the photos. They accept credit and check. There is a 3% fee for credit which I opted for. I have been screwed by a vendor in the past and it is extremely hard to get your money back if you write a check. But if there's a problem, you can always try to dispute it with your credit card company if there are issues such as work was not performed to standard or not even performed at all.

They were still willing to do the work, but indicated replacement was a better way to go. I appreciate that type of forthrightness in a company, and will certainly keep them in mind for future repairs.
