RIP Patrick: We were customers early this year and late last year and gladly accepted his son as the installer because Patrick was unavailable. Patrick was recommended as one of the only people to touch super expensive wallpaper like ours so we assumed if his son was recommended we would be ok. The wallpaper turned out terrible and had to be fixed (or attempted several times) we feel badly about Patrick but we were mislead about the qualifications of the installer. We did everything asked at the beginning including sending cut sheets and install documents from the manufacturer. Some issues that arose were because the manufacturers recommendations were not followed. We settled with a small discount but have had $20k of wallpaper hung badly. Very disappointing. read more

Not only did he yell at me as his customer when I told him I wanted to project completed in a specific way and refused to follow direction, but then he stole wallpaper from us and used it to make wallpaper covered boxes that he sold to museums. I found one at Monticello! I would strongly suggest finding an honest paperhanger. There are many professionals out there that can hang both historic and new patterns. He tries to represent himself as the only expert in the field, not true. I learned the hard way and ended up finding other great wallpaper hangers to do my other rooms. read more
