I was very pleased with the quality of the wallpaper installation performed by Gordon's. Communication was great throughout our interactions and the price was reasonable. The clean up job was impressive too. I would definitely use this service again! read more

We absolutely love the wallpaper...it is beautiful and perfectly done...a bit pricey but we feel we got our money's worth..,thanks so much!

This company's team installed two rooms of wallpaper for us yesterday. We are beyond pleased, as their precision hanging, professional demeanor, and stunning final results are beyond compare. We will definitely be repeat customers and highly recommend them. read more

I'm writing the same exact review on this page, Gordon Wallpaper, as the New Image Wall Covering page. Gordon Wallpaper was one of my many quotes and I spoke with Alex and made all the arrangements. Alex also told me how much wallpaper I needed. 20rolls. I had a lot left over- a lot! In terms of scheduling and doing the job, Alex referred me to Francisco. I worked with Francisco at New Image and his team. When Francisco and his team showed up, they all had T-shirts that said New Image Wall Covering. My impression is it's all part of the same company, but I'm not sure. Anyway..... I was first given a quote by Alex at Gordon Wallpaper over the phone based on photos. The job was small, but it was complex, but I wasn't happy with a quote and I later told him after receiving other quotes that I couldn't take his quote seriously because he had actually not seen the site. When he did show up at the site, he realized how much more complex it was and unfortunately did not lower the quote because of how small it was, but he actually increased the quote. Which I was not very happy about; he later decreased the quote a little bit but still more than the original quote. My dealings with Francisco were 100% positive. He was truly amazing. This guy knows wallpaper. He asked all kinds of questions and pointed things out that I would never have thought about hanging wallpaper on a ceiling. This job covered the ceiling in my loft as well as over my kitchen, and that area was more than two stories high. It involved scaffolding and an entire day (11 hours) with a crew of three. At all times they were 100% professional. They also worked with my schedule. Francisco and I went back-and-forth on changing the date, but I'm extremely flexible so it didn't bother me, however it might've bothered another person. All that mattered to me was the end result and that result was amazing!!! Also, they didn't break anything. Which might not sound like a small thing, but if you saw my house, you would realize this was an accomplishment. So, in summary, very professional but didn't like the price, the process of getting the price (begging for a site visit), or the fact that I over ordered ALOT of wallpaper and now have to store it. Wallpaper was expensive but at least I had a coupon. If rating on final job, would have been 5 stars. Highly recommend but question the amount of wallpaper. Would use again!!! read more

From start to finish this was a great experience. The installation went incredibly well on a huge HUGE wall. Perfect. Timely, great communication, and reasonable clear pricing. Highly recommend!! read more

This was a difficult job, they had to repair the wallpaper on a bathroom wall, where we had a leak with drywall replaced. This is wallpaper from 30 years ago, with only 1 spare roll, and not able to get anymore, and so, I was concerned about this turning out well. Turned out so good, there is no trace of the repair. A team of three people came out to do it and they were here for two hours. I paid $450, which is a good price considering the time and expertise this job required read more

Super fast scheduling, clear pricing and expectations about what would happen on the day of installation, and beautiful results

What matters most was the wallpaper installation, and that went really well. The gentleman who put it up did an excellent job matching the pattern between strips and showing us how he would use the materials since we were a little tight. The communication the morning of leading up to their arrival was a bit frustrating and they were a few hours late, but again the work that was done was perfect. read more

The wallpaper team showed up right on time, confirmed with me which walls needed work and got to it. By the time they were finished both the wall I had patched and the small area needing re-covering were complete. The bigger patch was clearly carefully matched to the existing pattern and the smaller, more tricky repair was also as good as it could be, I was totally happy with both the price and result! read more

From the responsive initial text reply by Alex to the final install by Willie, the interaction, the quoting, and quality of install was smooth, efficient and enjoyable! We were able to supply our room dimensions with photos and received a prompt quote...all via text! Willie came in advance of our appointment (I realized when he got out of the car) and only knocked on the door at the precise hour of starting agreed. Our space to paper was a small powder room with a long sloped ceiling and papered with a large jungle plants format. We are very happy with the outcome/pattern match ups, etc. I heartily recommend Gordon's Wallpaper Installation! read more

Alex and team did an amazing job with my wallpaper installation for a home expansion project. The wallpaper design was very intricate and detailed and the install looks beautiful and perfect. Alex also did a great job working with us to communicate scheduling and work around our scheduling with other various contractors. I contacted Gordon's Wallpaper to wallpaper a powder room. They were very responsive via text and did their best to get me scheduled when I'd requested. They were exceptionally flexible. My wallpaper was scheduled to arrive a week before my installation appointment. The wallpaper vendor neglected to include one of my rolls in my order & there wasn't enough time to have another ordered and delivered before my installation and I didn't want to cancel, so I communicated that to Alex at Gordon's who was very understanding. The person they sent did what he could with what I had and ended up having to return to complete the job, but they were very gracious, accommodating & worked diligently to get me back on their schedule once the rest of my wallpaper order arrived. Their customer service is excellent. The quality of their work is great & I've received numerous compliments on this installation. My wallpaper is patterned and I can tell that the installer took particular care to make sure the patterns aligned whenever possible. The pictures do not at all do the look of it justice. They are the second wallpaper installer I found on Yelp & I'm SO glad I went with them. I chose them because they offered the best pricing. Although their pricing was lower than the other company I'd checked with, their pricing, customer service & the quality of their work all absolutely made them the best value. I'd certainly use their service again. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I had described the project and had sent photos and had made clear that a ladder would be needed to do the wallpapering because it's on a façade over a stair staircase.. the people who showed up had no idea that they needed a ladder and were completely unprepared to do the job. They also could not even speak English, so communicating with them was not really feasible. So basically the whole thing was a waste of time. And the failure of Gordon wallpaper to even explain to the workers who showed up what they were supposed to do spoke volumes about how poorly organized they are. I would not trust this company with any work. read more

I requested a quote for wallpapering our small powder room and they were quick to respond. I had found some peel and stick wallpaper and I was told by some other businesses that they don't work with peel and stick. But Gordon's said it wouldn't be a problem and within days I had my bathroom wall papered. Not only were they prompt and professional, their quote for the work was the most reasonable. Willie was the gentleman who did the work for me and he was fantastic. My bathroom looks even better than I had hoped and Willie was so efficient! I would definitely use them again! read more

I engaged the services of Gordon's to install wallpaper in my powder room and a half wall dividing my kitchen and living room. The experience was great from beginning to end. The staff was very helpful and professional from the initial quote request through completion of the job. For example, this was my first experience with wallpaper, and I wasn't sure how much to get. The office manager used the measurements I provided to suggest how much wallpaper to order. Once the installation price was finalized, scheduling was easy, AND they sent over specific and very easy to follow instructions to prepare the environment for the installation. Next, the team arrived on time (well, actually a little early) and their attention to detail was phenomenal. I couldn't ask for a better finished product. They are not the cheapest around but their work speaks for itself. Highly recommend! read more
