I would give this company a zero-star rating if that were an option. I scheduled an appointment for a quote, rearranged my day, and spent hours preparing and waiting for their representative. The appointment time came and went, and no one called, showed up, or provided any explanation. Whatever the reason for missing the appointment, the least they could have done was notify me and cancel or reschedule. Instead, they showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. read more

I had 2 levels of flooring replaced with LVP. The basement was great - because it was on slab. They did the main level of my home and the LVP constantly gapped. I called their people out multiple times to get it fixed, which only ended up being a temporary solution. After a year, it's also gapping on the sides. I called the owner several times to get him out here to fix it. He said we should have bought hardwood (for the kitchen?) because they nail down the flooring. The main level flexes where the most walking occurs, so because we bought that, the gapping is our fault (what??). He could have informed us of that in his original quote and we would have purchased a fix so this wouldn't have been an issue. He said since it was over a year, he could have someone come out to fix it at a discount, but was pretty terrible at getting back to me with any date/times. We also have mis-matched pieces because they didn't get the right color for one or two boxes. They did a wonderful job with the hardwood on the stairs and the stain matching for the quarter round. I still wouldn't recommend them or work with them again. I'm having to hire a new contractor to completely replace the floors on the main level. I'm out $3000+ read more

High quality work for competitive prices. I needed to remodel a standing shower and get some new hardwood flooring installed. I got 4 quotes for each and chose Floorsbay as they had the best price and Sam was the most knowledgeable. Very happy how they it turned out, especially the shower. Sam is very knowledgeable and will deliver great results. read more

Sam and his team were very professional. Scheduling and receiving a quote were super easy. I reached out to him via email and he was able to give me an accurate quote by sending him photos of our stairs. As far as installation goes, his team showed up on time and were very professional. They worked so hard, they hardly took a break. Our new hardwood stairs (two sets) were installed in one day. Before hiring Floorsbay, I checked with another flooring company and Floorsbay had a much better price. Highly recommend! read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to for these guys. From the first contact, to estimation, to selection, to installation Mike & Floorsbay was amazing. I had multiple people and contractors call me and each one of them either showed up late, missed appointments, didn't call back, or were unprofessional in some way. Mike and Floorbay were the only ones that I was blown away by. They made the entire process easy and hassle free. I've used multiple companies over the years, I'm just sad I had not found these guys sooner. Honestly it's Wow factor all around. Call them, you'll thank me later. read more

San is amazing and they are very reasonably priced. Sam's team came and did a great job. read more

Showed up in masked, did a great job of installing wood floors and carpet. The crew was very efficient and the whole process was managed greatly by Sam. And all at a great price! read more

We are repeat customers of floorsbay. They have removed carpet and installed hardwood in 2 homes for us. Both times we have been very impressed with the excellent customer service and product provided by Sam and his team. Their quote was very fair and the lowest of the 3 quotes we got to do the job. Sam worked around our schedules to come out to the house several times to help us choose a wood and stain to match existing floors. He was very approachable and knowledgeable and made the whole experience smooth and worry free. The work started and finished on time and the end result was beautiful! I would definitely recommend Floorsbay. Pricing is very reasonable and quality of work is excellent. read more

Don't trust this company and it's owner. He spent almost an hour the first time in our house to sell his services and gave us estimate for the flooring job. Later one we set up a date to do the work three weeks in advance. We had to take off of work a couple of days and rent a hotel room to be out of the house with our kids while the floors were getting done. The day when his crew showed up, he never came on the site himself, was extremely rude on the phone and then his crew announced that they are not able to do the job because they had no carpenter to work with. I'm not sure how this business gets any good reviews but the customer service and reliability of this company (which is frankly speaking a salesman and some people he contracts/randomly finds) are terrible. read more

I got three quotes and was trying to work with a small business with good quality work, fast delivery, and good work ethics. All of the ones who gave me quotes seemed to have those qualities but Floorsbay was able to finish the job quickly as I was hoping and needed the work done before Christmas. As other reviews report here on Yelp, Floorsbay did quality work in a short time and their price was reasonable. My hardwood floor looks as good as new and it's about 15 years old. read more

The Floorsbay team saved our floors. We had an issue with our initial contractor. Floorsbay came in and refinished our floors to the grey oak we desired. Sam was so thorough with explaining everything, we were confident that the floors would turn out beautifully. We are so grateful to Sam, Noah and the crew for working so hard and completing the job ahead of schedule. We will absolutely recommend their services to friends and family! read more

This company is simply great and nice to work with, the price was competitive, the installers were professional and courteous. I would use them again without getting quotes. My floor is beautiful. I did the entire house in hardwoods. Sam is passionate about his work...that's the beauty of it all. No need so shop anywhere else. read more

Floorsbay did such a great job with our hardwoods downstairs, that we hired them without hesitation again a year later to refinish our other hardwoods and also install carpet. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful thru each process, as we were balancing other contractors too. Every detail was accounted for and all the projects turned out great - we got so many compliments! read more

Have used the Floorsbay team twice this year to install hardwood floors. Both times best estimates, excellent work, attention to detail, wearing masks when they showed up, cleaned up everything when done. Highly recommend if you need hardwood floors. read more

Floorsbay replaced carpet in our den, dining room, and living room. They did an amazing job and were neat, clean, and professional. The floors look beautiful. They were even able to line up the new floors with the old floors in the entry hall. We really are thrilled with the work they did. In addition they were prompt in all aspects of the job and we were kept informed on arrival times and delivery times. The estimate Sam provided for the job was extremely reasonable and well within out budget. We highly recommend Floorsbay. read more

Sam came out to give us an estimate on flooring work and we had a great experience with him. He had a very competitive quote and was quick to communicate and address questions. In the end we went with a contractor who provided a package deal on flooring and some other projects we needed done, but I would still happily recommend Floorsbay to others. read more

I had hardwood floors put in, I got 3 quotes (including one from the company my Husband's boss used). Floorsbay wasn't just the best offer, but Sam took time to answer ALL my questions and had great reviews. I can't tell you how professional the crew was and what an amazing job the guys did. My carpets were really bad, I had a cat who thought the carpet was her litter box. Floorsbay crew put some stuff down so there would be no smell and no mold could grow. I was so happy with the job they did I would hire them again. I definitely recommend Floorsbay. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! read more

We absolutely love the laminate job Sam and his team did at our place! They were on time, operated with speed and efficiency, and left us a clean place. They also moved the furniture and removed the old carpet, which was a big help. I highly recommend them for any job. read more

This is the third time that I have used Floorsbay - tile, hardwood and engineered wood flooring - which speaks for itself. I know that the quality, price and service will be so exceptional that I don't even bother obtaining a second bid. The Floorsbay team is very professional and Sam always follows up to ensure the work is satisfactory. It is an honor to recommend Floorsbay. read more

Sam is great!! The first project turned out amazing, they matched hardword from our staircase to the upstairs foyer we never thought it would look SO GOOD! Used him again for carpeting. Highly Recommend and would use again. read more

Had a great experience with Floorsbay. From Sam coming out and showing us floors to the team that installed the floors - exceptional. Sam explained the process, team came, worked hard, were very neat, meticulous, courteous and professional. Highly recommend! read more

I used Floorsbay because I was impressed with Sam when he came to estimate work on my new home. He acted as the general contractor for painting the entire house, replacing tile and refinishing all the floors. He came personally when we asked him to come and make sure the work was done to our specifications. The work was done well and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this business. read more

Great experience working with Floorsbay. We used them to tile a small laundry room and resend and restain our existing hardwood floors. Our sales rep, Sam, came out the day after we contacted him. Gave us a great quote. We had picked out our tile within a week and had the crew start and finish the tiling job in one day. Hardwood job got started immediately as well. The crew showed up on time (even a little early) and worked all day. They finished on time and cleaned up all of their materials, trash, etc. Same returned in less than 24 hours to check out the job. Could not be more pleased with how the floors turned out. Would definitely use them again. read more

Great experience! They used quality American made flooring and they were professional all the way. The installers did a combination of hardwood and laminate in different areas and finished 4 rooms in one day! read more

We recently had the floors redone on the first floor of our home. The job included replacing tile in a foyer and bathroom and replacing carpet in bedroom. Sam from Floorsbay came over to provide us an estimate. Their price was very competitive with others we had quote the job, but in the end we chose to go with Sam more because of the time he spent with us during the initial part of the process. He allowed us to provide him with our own tile (others would not accommodate this request) and even let us take advantage of a discount he enjoys on a commercial account he maintains with a large tile provider in the area. Even better were the crews he sent out to complete the jobs. The carpet guys were great, but the tile guys were incredible. One gentlemen spent about four days in our home and did a meticulous job. Each night, they cleaned up after themselves and left the job site tighty. We highly recommend Floorsbay! We look forward to working with Sam on future projects. read more
