Just had a new Trane heat pump system installed by Superior Comfort and am extremely happy with both the unit and the entire process from quote through install follow-up. I'm very picky so I did considerable research about potential HVAC companies and associated systems, and had three companies review and quote. Superior was by far the most detailed in terms of the initial assessment/quote provided (Jacob) and in timeliness of quote response and in answering some initial questions I had. Scheduled installation date was also quick and Project Manager Jeremy Ellis was outstanding in terms of his pre-install visit/checklist and post-install review and system operation explanation. The Trane system itself (variable speed XV18 HP and variable TAM9 air handler) are working great and is incredibly quiet, as well as minimizing humidity level. Installer Chad and helper Jose were very organized throughout the install and just kept busy working from the minute they arrived. In summary, everyone at the company has been very easy to work with, with excellent/high quality work. They also handle all the NGrid rebate and Trane warranty registration submissions for you which makes it easy. Future ongoing service capabilities were also something I factored in when selecting Superior. Definitely made the right choice in going with them... read more

My husband and I were introduced to Superior Comfort when we were building our home, ten years ago. Our intent was to be very energy efficient. They took the time to offer several options identifying the benefits to each one. We were impressed with the diligence and the overall expertise with heating and cooling systems. They took the time to model our heating and cooling needs so that we bought a solution that was "right-sized" to our needs. We have been enjoying a very comfortable house and very low energy bills ever since. The installation team arrived on-time, were polite & professional, and efficient with the installation. Now we follow-up maintenance check every year to have the system reviewed to keep it running at peak performance levels. Their pricing is fair and they follow through on their commitments. I would highly recommend this company to others. Ann Gardner ~ Bristol, RI read more

Over the summer my husband and I bought a newly renovated home. One day the drain line from the air conditioning system started to leak in multiple spots through my ceiling. I called Superior Comfort and spoke with a very helpful lady that said she could have a technician out to my home later this same day! They contacted me a little later asked if I was available because a technician could come to our home in 30 minutes, of course I said yes! When Brendan showed up (our technician) he was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me in a could understand that the drain line came apart and also the system needed more refrigerant. Since he has left our air conditioner is cooling our home better than ever & we no longer have water coming through the ceiling. I will definitely being using Superior Comfort in the future, best experience I have had with a service company to date! read more

One of the best experiences I've had with a company ever. From sales to installation all of the people I've worked with have been knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. We had a 5 head heat pump/mini split system installed. Sales is extremely responsive and answers calls/emails in a reasonable time. The installation team was amazing. They arrived when they said they would, respected my property, cleaned up as they went and completed the work as quoted. Ryan and Collin were exceptional and their hard work was very much appreciated. We received multiple quotes on this job and Superior Comfort wasn't the lowest but they showed a level of service through the sales process that the others did not. That level of service followed through installation also, we're so glad we decided to go with them read more

Jacob and Jeremy were both a pleasure to work with during our heat and a/c system replacement. Jacob was extremely patient and thorough during the quotation portion of the project. He did three different quotes to give me a wide range of options with the Trane furnaces and air conditioners. He was also very knowledgable about the MassSave program allowing me to earn my largest rebate. Jeremy was the project manager on site during the removal and reinstallation of our two separate systems. He worked with the electricians, carpenters as well as the Superior Comfort technicians, to insure a smooth installation process. Overall, I would recommend Superior Comfort to install a new heating system in your home. They did what they said they would when they said they would. read more

One day in the middle of summer our air conditioning stopped working. We were hot and called Superior Comfort. They were there the NEXT DAY!! The technician not only fixed the issue right there and then but also taught my husband a few tricks so we wouldn't have to call them again. And did I mention not only did they save us money by teaching us but also the price was great! We were so satisfied that the following year when the air stopped working at our office in Warwick we called them again! Again, great service, so reasonable cost wise. I will continue to use Superior Comfort for my home and business! read more

Technician was at the door within 2 hours of our call and carefully assessed the problem and scoped out the repair /replace alternatives. I elected to go with new system. Very professional team answered all my questions, my many questions, and did a great job with the installation. Looking forward to savings from the efficiency of the new system. read more

The HVAC system in our house went down in February 2022. I got three bids and Superior Comfort's was the best and they scheduled the install within 3 days. Chad who worked out the deal was terrific as was Jeremy the installation manager. Ryan and Ray who did the actual install were also very competent and did a great job. This is a company that will go the extra mile for their customers. I would highly recommend Superior Comfort for any heating, cooling or air quality issue. read more

Superior Comfort just completed a major AC replacement.. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The engineering staff did an outstanding job to address some long standing issues we had with our 18 year old system. The new system required additional outlets and returns. They did a superior job at matching the exiting outlets. But for me the best thing was they left my entire home clean. We will definitely use Superior Comfort for our AC needs read more
