When it was time to pay he said "That will be $375." I asked why because he had quoted me $350. He said "Well, it's an extra $25 to caulk the tub." (The caulking consisted of him running a bead of caulk around the top of the tub with his finger.) I was so turned off by his last minute bogus shakedown that I am not going to give him repeat business for additional units.

I am still amazed that our bathtub looks brand new. Also, he was able to match it perfectly to the toilet and the tile. There was a small fee for that, but it was worth it. For no additional charge he can do it in several basic colors. He kept the house clean. When he was done, he left instructions, just like the hospital gives you.
