Rather than tell you why you should never use them, I'll just give you the timeline:…read more 3/23/25 - I ask how long it would take to put obscure glass in 4 small cabinet doors, and they say it is normally the same day. 4/24/25 (Thursday) - I'm ready for the work, so I call to confirm and they say, actually, it will be ready Friday. No big deal, I drop them off and plan to send a courier to pick them up. , 4/25/25 (Friday) - Courier picks them up, brings them back to me, and as soon as I open the package I can see all sorts of problems - spots in the glass, silicone caulk leaking over the glass, etc. I tried thoroughly cleaning, to no avail. I call them, and they say, "Okay, bring it back." (No apology at all.) I say, "You should pay for the courier", and they refuse. Fine, whatever, I need this done, so I pay for it. They say it should be ready Monday. 4/28-5/2/25 (Monday-Friday) - Every day I call, and every day they say it isn't done, and that there's someone out sick, that the guys who do this work in the shop are usually out on jobs and can only do it first thing in the morning, that the dog ate their homework, that there's no manager I can talk to, etc. Finally, I gave up and sent yet another courier to pick them up. I'll have to remove the last bits of silicone myself. I asked why they committed to doing the work in a timely fashion if they can't really do it, and they said "this is timely" (!). They quickly explained to me the difference between 3M film and the film that I was looking to get. I felt confident that after a short conversation with multiple staff, the film choice was the right one. I left them with my new luxury SUV, which already had privacy glass that they had to tint over. After the service was done, it was completed on time with extra care. I believe two to three individuals worked on the car, and it was absolutely flawless. When I got inside, it was hard to imagine it was the same car. A corneal disease impacts my ability to drive with lots of rain on the ground or at night. These folks were great about getting me the right film that took care of the car. The one additional thing that I would add is that after the install, there was a small bubble on one of the windows. It wouldn't go away after a couple of days, and I was concerned. When I returned, they assured me that within a week, with the hot temperatures and parking in the sun, it would go away, but scheduled a replacement appointment under warranty at no cost regardless. Just days before the appointment, I was happy to call them back and say that it cured perfectly. I couldn't recommend these guys more. They're absolute experts at what they do. The price is absolutely phenomenal, and they certainly have experience working on extremely high-end cars. Strongly recommend.

They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop.
