A rock chipped my windshield yesterday and left a quarter sized chip so I went on yelp and came across Superglass as the first recommendation. Shane responded to my request right away and was quick to respond to all my other messages. Shane is the best! Driving down 880 on a Saturday morning (yes, another 880 victim...), a rock hit my window and created a chip and a cross sized crack. Not wanting it to spread, I needed to find someone to take care of it. I saw the great reviews for Shane and Superglass and decided to give him a call. I left a message, but Shane called back within 15 minutes and was even able to get out to me pretty quick that same day. This guy is really good - he fixed a crack next to the edge of my windshield which was very tough since too much pressure could have made the crack spread and too little would have not pulled the air out. He went little by little until he got to the right pressure - no crack spread! Wow! read more

What a nice surprise! I got my windshield hit by a rock in 880. Unfortunately, I call him after I tried to fix it myself. If your window has a chip or crack, don't try to use a windshield kit from the store! He still fixed my crack even after I tried to fix it(Most of business probable would not do it). My insurance company, (Ameriprise) recommended that I let Superglass fix a dinky meteor chip right in the dead center part of my windshield that I look through when driving. I was very concerned because I could have had the whole windshield replaced for free with my low comprehensive damage coverage (zero deductible). But, I thought it wouldn't hurt to try the novis repair first on the small chip. Bottom line is that Shane fixed it quick, in under an hour, and that was even in cold weather after it had rained for two days before. Shane advised me 2 days earlier to put a clear strip of packaging tape over the affected chip area to keep the moisture out. That did the trick and helped to have no complications on the novis repair. So Superglass Windhshield Repair did amazing work. Now....if I can just get Shane to jack up my steering wheel and slide a whole brand-new vehicle underneath it, I'd be very happy!! read more

Shane is the only guy I'd ever use. He fixed a couple of cracks a few years ago, and again this month. In both cases, he was able to fix them so well you couldn't even tell there ever was a crack. The first time he came, he fixed a crack that had supposedly been "fixed" by another company, but apparently they hadn't done a very good job. I didn't realize at the time that it was possible to fix a crack so it's not even visible. On top of being ever so effective, Shane is very professional, and timely. Driving home from Thanksgiving dinner on Hwy 880, a rock hits my windshield! After getting home, I took a look at the damage. There were two impact points (rock with two sharp edges??) with several little cracks radiating outwards (total about 1-inch in diameter). The next day I Yelped for windshield repair services and found Superglass Windshield Repair. Called and made an appt. with Shane. He came later in the day. It was one of the nastier rock chips he's seen. He wasn't sure if he could save the windshield because of the multiple cracks, but he was going to try. He slowly injected the resin and carefully applied pressure to get the resin into all the cracks. When he finished, there was only a slight mark.
