I went to a different salon before I came to this location and the girl had to be unfamiliar with curly hair. She was playing my head for about 2 hours and when I left that place I had to get it fixed. I looked like I had been electrocuted!!! I called this supercuts location and spoke with a girl named Sam. She was fixing another ladies hair when I arrived and that right there gave me hope. There wasn't a ton of people and it appeared she was the only one working. It was very relaxing and not rushed. The lady in front of me whose hair she fixed looked amazing when Sam was done. She then took me to wash all the gunk that had been left from the previous stylist out and then got started on the blow dry. She took her time and did my hair absolutely perfect. I can't believe how great of a job she did. I was trying to be nice to the previous stylist whose salon I just left but the previous stylist almost had me in tears. Thank you Sam for absolutely making my day/night and doing an amazing job.!(: I usually just do my hair at home but due to a few recent surgeries I'm not supposed to bathe by sponge baths for the next couple weeks. I don't have the ability to wash my hair very well by myself. Thank god I got saved I have more upcoming doctors appointments and am doing my best to be presentable. 10/10 I definitely recommend this place and will be going here the next time I need a wash.(: read more

I stopped in because I was in the neighborhood, but had misgivings about doing so since I'd been using a different place for the better part of 14 years. After getting my hair cut here, I'll absolutely be returning from now on. Despite me being a spontaneous walk-in, I was tended to immediately. The extremely professional and friendly employee tending to me asked if I preferred a scissor cut or clippers. As I have no preference, I deferred the decision to "whatever is easiest for you". She proceeded to give me a full scissor cut, and it was honestly the best haircut I've ever had! No issues with my hair misbehaving for a week after getting it cut (which is what usually happens at the other place), etc. When the cut was finished, she said, "I'm going to get a hot towel", which confused me at first. She returned right away with a nice warm and moist towel, which she used to wipe all of the hair fragments away from my neck, face, and ears. The hot towel alone is worth coming back for! It makes a huge difference not finding hair fragments throughout the day. Customers can call in to get on the list, and can "check in" on-line for quicker service. By the time I was finished, there were a LOT of people waiting for haircuts, so I'll be sure to check in ahead of time for the next visit. read more

This is my first time writing a negative review, but I feel the need to share my experience because I'm truly upset about how my hair turned out after visiting this salon. I made an appointment with a stylist whose name started with a "T," but I can't recall her name now due to how frustrated I am. All I wanted was a simple trim to get rid of my split ends, especially since I had family Christmas pictures coming up this weekend. When she asked if I wanted layers, I clearly said "NO," just a straight trim--plain and simple. I explained that it had been nearly a year since my last haircut and that my long hair is a significant source of my confidence. Cutting it is a big step for me. She wet my hair with a spray bottle but didn't ask how I usually part it. Instead, she began sectioning my hair, had me look down, and only cut the back without bringing it forward to ensure it was straight. Once she finished, I thought it looked good while it was still a bit wet, since she hadn't fully blow-dried or really brushed it. In that moment, sitting in the chair, it seemed fine, and I couldn't tell if it was uneven. The next day, while I was styling my hair and flat-ironing it, I realized that she did a terrible job. The back is noticeably shorter than the front, and when I pull my hair to the front, it's clear just how uneven it is. It looks so awful. I was devastated when I noticed this, especially since I had family Christmas pictures scheduled for the very next day. I'm truly disappointed with this experience and strongly advise against coming to this salon. read more

Went onto the supercuts app early in the day and made an appointment for my daughters haircut. Scheduled it for 5pm at this location knowing she needed to be somewhere less than 5 mins away at 6pm. Walk in the door a few mins before 5, were greeted by a friendly staff member. She let us know they were running behind. I asked how long, and was told 15 minutes. I let her know we needed to be somewhere at 6, she said "no problem." 32 mins later the one stylist working finally called for my daughter. I casually mention at this point that we need to leave in 18 mins. She looks at me surprised. And asks my daughter what she wants done. My daughter says "a few of niches off and layers" the stylist says ok and proceeds to have my daughter sit down. I ask the stylist "will you be able to do that in 18 mins?" To which she replies "well, the few inches yes, but I won't get the layers." I responded stating, "well, we will go somewhere else, I'm not paying for half a haircut" If I hadn't prodded her about being able to complete the full haircut, what would she have done?!?!? read more

Had a great cut by Miranda, she was excellent and quick without sacrificing service. She was friendly and did an excellent job on my cut and eyebrows. The only thing that I would say that needs improvement is how they are only having one stylist at a time in the store during the mornings and it's not fair to that one stylist. I'm sure it's like that at most stores due to covid but I think they need to have at least someone else there with them. read more

Nope. See attached picture. The stylist was polite and the shop was clean but my gosh I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague. I understand that it is an affordable place for a quick cut but this isn't even a straight line. I absolutely don't know how this could have happened. The longest chunk here is still shorter than my hair was originally, so it's not like it was somehow tucked away? Which is still not excusable. Had to fix it myself at home! read more

Customer service was absolutely horrible! Had to watch 4 men get their hair cut, as the women slowly disappeared in the backroom as soon as they were done with their customer. I made an appointment to avoid a long wait, but bc of the lack of care from the stylists, I found myself STILL waiting 25 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. The worst part was, I was the only customer waiting, while 3 workers were in the back. Never was a word said to me UNTIL I went to walk out and the only worker actually doing something said "they'll come back up to you"..... yeah, but WHEN????? I left and will not return. I went in for a haircut over lunch today, and I was specific about how I wanted my hair cut, finger length is not butchering my hair with a number 5 clipper cut! 20.00 dollars for a sloppy 10 minute cut very disappointed.
