Pretty darn amazing Friendly Clean Profesional Knowledgeable Lashes Extensions Color and and cuts... There is a lovely gal there for botox, fillers, fancy magical revunination gadgets and ivs. Megan is supe nice and knows what's she's doing. Another gal does lashes and plenty of ladies for hair needs. I always get the minimum so finding someone that listens and doesn't over trim my hair is always hard. The BEST service I have EVER had! The salon makes you feel like you are getting a top notch treatment, without the precociousness of most higher end salons. It is comfortable, relaxing, and a safe space. Andrea is impeccable. I gave her a lot of leeway with my hair, and it turned out absolutely stunning. It is natural and lovely and blending perfectly. Having been getting less than stellar colors previously, I was skeptical, but I was SO pleasantly surprised. If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Bryanna Syvertsen cut and colored my hair, well I would love to say it's beautiful but it's not!! I have spots and chunks of hair that's not even colored when I asked to to fix it it literally took 2 weeks for her to get back to me saying she has a life that she would get back to me when she can so i was understanding because yes we all have life's so I sent her the photos of my hair and guess what NOTHING!! I get nothing back no text not nothing it's been over a month. Bryanna ruined my hair and not welling to fix it and I paid her a lot of money. That's being said I wouldn't go to this place!!! Andrea is the best! I came in to see Andrea as a referral from a friend, because I had a botched hair cut. Andrea explained all the pros and cons, and came up with a great plan to fix my hair, with the best option for me and my pocket book. She custom color matched my roots, installed k tip extensions, color matched those, and blended so well. You could not tell that I had extensions. She takes very good care of me! So much that she came in at 6:00am on a Saturday to remove my extensions, for my vacation. Thanks Andy! read more

The hair stylist had posted on Facebook that she was offering a color special where if you got a color service, she would include a haircut for $100. She asked me what my inspiration was and I sent 2 pics with high/low lights. She never showed me any color swatches when I got there. I stated I wanted high and low lights, and she already had photos of the colors I wanted. She foils my hair and after the rinse, I told her I was concerned about how dark my hair looked. She condescending said "all blonde hair looks darker when wet" to which I replied that having been blonde for more than 50 years, I was aware of this but it was much darker than I wanted. She said once she added the toner, it would lighten up. After the toner was applied and my hair looked even darker, I got upset and was crying. I was getting my hair done for a very important event and now it looked terrible. Her and her coworkers tried to calm me down and said it looked great. She dried my hair while parted in the middle, so I looked like Alfalfa, and I already told her no middle part. Then to top it off, I was charged full price of $150 and it didn't include a cut!! After a day of looking at my terrible hair color, I messaged the stylist and said I needed to come back in to get it lightened. I sent her a comparison of my current color compared to what I requested. After another 2 hous in the chair ( after 3 hours the day before) it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. She brushed my sopping wet hair and dried it so it was flat to my scalp, never asking how I wanted it done. I will NEVER go back and highly encourage anyone to look elsewhere. read more

When I was not happy with the end result they still charged me full price, to make matters worse while I was trapped there for a few hrs one of their beauty consultants Kept trying to sell me product and use her services which was pretty insulting, as it felt like she was saying my look was not good enough. The stylists here cancel your appointment if you unknowingly throw off their groove by asking a legitimate question over an unexpected change such as a change in the pricing or a service offered. Parlour 73 needs to hire mature stylists who are able to handle customer's genuine questions professionally rather than giving into "cancel culture" and cancelling on their clients because they interpret it as threatening and easily take offense. They also fail to return clients calls to bring clarity to their services as a way to passive aggressively decline customers. read more
