Decided I was done with that! I went online to book and picked a stylist who had minimal reviews and lots of appointments. When I got there we spent time discussing my hair, what I was looking for and my experiences in the past (she actually understood what I wanted). Then she asked me how I came to book with her. I told her I found the appointments online and she had lots...meaning only two things...she was horrible or new. I then told her I figured it would not be worse than the chop shops, just more expensive. I walked out with a big smile on my face, a wonderful cut and color and an appointment for down the road.
