I get it -everyone is busy but no response is just bad customer service No communication no apologies... spoke via text with Stephanie to schedule an appointment-- she asked about what times works for me, told her and she said ok but when I texted the following day to see if I'm on the schedule -no response. I called the salon again and the receptionist couldn't schedule a time either and said someone will get back to me-nope no contact--so yea I will be going elsewhere

My regular stylist is down in Burlington and is such a hassle to get to and from the appointment so I'm making the switch to make Britt my permanent 'go-to'.
