My whole family comes to her cause she is simply amazing! Recently she turned me from a dark haired brunette into a blonde and I have never received so many compliments on my hair! Honestly, I thought no one would be fond of my change but everyone loved it and always mention how well my hair stylist did on the transformation! Although my hair has been through a lot of processing to make the blonde possible, it still looks really healthy and natural. She did not just bleach it into a flat blonde, rather she took a different approach. While this approach was a little more time consuming, it made all the difference. My hair still looked healthy and natural and people notice! I couldn't be happier with it! What I love about Sylvia is that she is honest. She is ready for you, she is never "just finishing up a head" , one of my major pet peeves!. 2. Her space is always clean, private and comfortable. 3. She is a sweet, intelligent lady, and is really nice to talk to. But on those days your brain is tired, she is prefectly fine with allowing you to just be quite. No pressure love it! 4. Her work is awesome, you show her a picture and she lets you know right away if she can accurately replicate it. And if she finds she needs to modify she lets you know that as well. Her work is neat, lasts a long time and never hurts. The last style I got (see pics below) braids were super small, but I experienced no pulling or tight spots, headaches etc, I slept comfortable the 1st night! No steaming necessary! I am sold, I always leave there feeling myself!
