Dallas listened to me after I explained I had a botched trim four months ago and wanted to keep my length (which is to my lower back) while getting a V-cut layered textured frame. I trusted her immediately, giving her full freedom to do her expertise--I knew she knew what she was doing. When I sat down, she offered amenities, including a delicious rosé, and then took me to a relaxing hair wash in a vibey, pink, dimly lit room. I really appreciated how easy Dallas was to talk to. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted her to be in her chair. As soon as we began the haircut, she paused to ask specific questions about how I wanted it cut and provided options.
