I was seeing Michelle and Jenna regularly and getting consistently great haircuts and service. Jenna has since moved out of state but luckily I found Michelle locally again! I used to go to Lancaster and never had a bad haircut. I went to Commercial Blvd. and the haircut was okay. The hairdressers have been told they have to do haircuts in 20 minutes. I found that very offensive so I don't know if I will return. I think the owner is fine in wanting to make money, but he should also have some ethics about it. read more

I got my hair cut a few weeks ago. I thought at the moment it looked fine. Until last week I started straightening my hair and it did not get cut straight. The back is shorter than the front. Literally could cry because I started coming here after great clips botched my hair and the manager I think her names Stephanie idk she fixed it and it was great. But I went back for a trim a few weeks ago and here I am again with a botched cut. My boyfriend has tried cutting the super long pieces so they don't stick out but I'm so upset that people work as hair dressers and can't cut hair. The manager shouldn't be the only one that can evenly cut hair. Here I am with messed up hair that cost me money that I don't get back. I'm not freaking rich. read more

I came in for a fairly straightforward haircut. I wanted my hair trimmed about an inch, and long layers. Nothing too dramatic. The stylist, Michelle, was nice enough. But the haircut she gave me is probably the worst I've ever gotten. She didn't ask which side I parted my hair on, and parted it down the middle. So when I do part my hair how I like it, ALL my layers are on one side, they're not blended at all, it's like she took a chunk of my hair in the front and just chopped it and called it good. Like those pictures you see of toddlers cutting their own hair. I watched her finish up with the woman before me and her hair looked nice, so I'm not sure if she had a stroke while doing mine or was just waiting for her day to end because I came in 3 hours before close. Great customer service. Quick wait time. Kid friendly my 7 yr.old and my 6 month old baby were with me. They had good manners and were courteous. It's hard to find a nice place that does it right the first and you girls knocked it out of the park!! My wife comes here all the time for cut and color and I used to ask why and why she doesn't go to the salon but I get it. So I'm a stylist and I would like to point out that one of the reviews on here is sadly mistaken. From the looks of this, the man has alopecia. It's so sad that he has to put out such mean and uneducated statements and is ruining someone's good name. This is her lively hood this is how she feeds her children. Yes everyone is entitled to their own opinion but the facts should be straight. I have had my hair cut by this person and she has always done a very good job!! If i could give this place negative stars i would. The lady who cut my sisters hair was a complete bitch. Told her how awful her hair was, told her how she would never look good with her hair as it was and overall treated her so poorly. I am very upset that I didn't get her name but she was an average sized woman with dirty blonde hair and green eyes. I will not be returning and I hope their management sees this and takes action. My sister left the place as soon as possible on the verge of tears. What a shame of an employee. read more

This company doesn't care about their customers at all. It's like the McDonalds of haircuts, but way trashier. The staff would rather pick fights with you than refund your money after they botch the job. Save your money for a real salon, or just buzz your own hair off at home. Either way, it'll save you a lot of hassle. read more

Michelle is the best! She has been cutting my hair for years. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. She always makes sure she is giving me the style I want .Yes, you may have to wait for a bit, but it is worth the wait to get a great cut.
