Michelle is so sweet and kind to my son who experiences autism. She made sure to use soft voice and told him what was happening the whole time 10 out of ten! read more

Supercuts - My son getting his haircut - Hair Salons Near Me - Salem, Oregon

Place sucks unless you get Machelle or Jenna everyone else is just there for a pay check and will butcher your hair

I hadn't had a hair cut in like 8-10 years.. I finally made an appointment, but cancelled it because of extreme social anxiety. I forced myself to make another appointment and go to it. Shannon did my hair for me and I will not be going anywhere else. Short wait, did exactly what I asked, good conversation, super friendly and made me feel comfortable and free of judgement. Thank you, Shannon!! read more

Unfortunately I am no longer patronizing this location or business. They have lost too many good stylists, for various reasons. I was seeing Michelle and Jenna regularly and getting consistently great haircuts and service. Jenna has since moved out of state but luckily I found Michelle locally again! Feel free to message me for her new location!!! Not worth rolling the dice with other stylists when you can go to an OG. read more

I used to go to Lancaster and never had a bad haircut. I went to Commercial Blvd. and the haircut was okay. The hairdressers have been told they have to do haircuts in 20 minutes. I found that very offensive so I don't know if I will return. I think the owner is fine in wanting to make money, but he should also have some ethics about it. read more

Well I started calling about 10 a m. On Sunday Oct 10th , made the appointment for noon . I get to the shop and there are 7 people ahead of me . Ok I get it , it's a walk in establishment, but when you MAKE an appointment , and you are still waiting 37 min later , not cool . After I'm done I won't be back... read more

I got my hair cut a few weeks ago. I thought at the moment it looked fine. Until last week I started straightening my hair and it did not get cut straight. The back is shorter than the front. Literally could cry because I started coming here after great clips botched my hair and the manager I think her names Stephanie idk she fixed it and it was great. But I went back for a trim a few weeks ago and here I am again with a botched cut. My boyfriend has tried cutting the super long pieces so they don't stick out but I'm so upset that people work as hair dressers and can't cut hair. The manager shouldn't be the only one that can evenly cut hair. Here I am with messed up hair that cost me money that I don't get back. I'm not freaking rich. read more

I came in for a fairly straightforward haircut. I wanted my hair trimmed about an inch, and long layers. Nothing too dramatic. The stylist, Michelle, was nice enough. But the haircut she gave me is probably the worst I've ever gotten. She didn't ask which side I parted my hair on, and parted it down the middle. So when I do part my hair how I like it, ALL my layers are on one side, they're not blended at all, it's like she took a chunk of my hair in the front and just chopped it and called it good. Like those pictures you see of toddlers cutting their own hair. I watched her finish up with the woman before me and her hair looked nice, so I'm not sure if she had a stroke while doing mine or was just waiting for her day to end because I came in 3 hours before close. Needless to say, I don't know how this girl has her license. read more

Great customer service. Quick wait time. Kid friendly my 7 yr.old and my 6 month old baby were with me. They had good manners and were courteous. Tony did such a great job on my 7 year old daughters hair. Cute A line bob. My daughter was so happy! She went from short hair to long hair without a worry. This was her first hair cut. read more

I personally come to this one because the first time I came, it was by accident but they ended up cutting my hair perfectly so now I only trust them lol :) read more

Arrived on time for the appointment I scheduled this morning only to be told I had 3 people ahead of me. When I asked why I had to wait since I had an appointment I was told I had only reserved a place in line. I certainly wasn't told that when I scheduled the APPOINTMENT. Not happy for sure. read more

Michelle!!! Michelle, Michelle!!! Thank you for teaching these girls how to do a Fade!!! I will definitely come get lined up again. It's hard to find a nice place that does it right the first and you girls knocked it out of the park!! My wife comes here all the time for cut and color and I used to ask why and why she doesn't go to the salon but I get it. When someone does your hair right why risk it being messed up elsewhere. 5 stars it is. By the way Thank you for not leaving the floor a mess just because it is busy. read more

So I'm a stylist and I would like to point out that one of the reviews on here is sadly mistaken. From the looks of this, the man has alopecia. It's so sad that he has to put out such mean and uneducated statements and is ruining someone's good name. This is her lively hood this is how she feeds her children. Yes everyone is entitled to their own opinion but the facts should be straight. I have had my hair cut by this person and she has always done a very good job!! So I posted some picture of alopecia to compare to his. I'm not trying to bad mouth him I just don't wait the wrong information out there! read more

If i could give this place negative stars i would. The lady who cut my sisters hair was a complete bitch. Told her how awful her hair was, told her how she would never look good with her hair as it was and overall treated her so poorly. I am very upset that I didn't get her name but she was an average sized woman with dirty blonde hair and green eyes. I will not be returning and I hope their management sees this and takes action. My sister left the place as soon as possible on the verge of tears. What a shame of an employee. read more

The girl who cut my hair was nice but she had no idea what she was doing and long story short, by bangs look awful. She definitely needs to go back to beauty school. read more

Worst place to get a mens haircut in town. Long wait- salesman attitude- amateur skills I won't be returning. 16$ haircut should be better read more

This company doesn't care about their customers at all. It's like the McDonalds of haircuts, but way trashier. The staff would rather pick fights with you than refund your money after they botch the job. Save your money for a real salon, or just buzz your own hair off at home. Either way, it'll save you a lot of hassle. read more

Arrived two hours prior to close, followed by several other customers. One of the stylists immediately left leaving only one other stylist for a huge crowd. The other was very slow. Ended up leaving. read more

Great experience and exceptional customer service. I love my new hair cut thanks to Lindsay. :)

Thanks to Audri who took the time to give me a great cut. I am from out of town and just walked in but she gave my fine hair a wonderful cut. Everyone in the shop was courteous and welcoming! read more

I absolutely love this place!! Michelle (the manager) saved my hair! After going to a different salon, which left my hair looking horrible (I left with my hair looking like a calico cat), I went to super cuts and Michelle worked her magic and evened my color out and I left with my hair looking better than I expected! I seriously can't thank her enough! read more

This location of Supercuts is filled with friendly stylists, who are amazing at their jobs! I tend to change my hair color, style and, length a lot and they seem to always get it just Perfect! read more

Michelle is the best! She has been cutting my hair for years. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. She always makes sure she is giving me the style I want .Yes, you may have to wait for a bit, but it is worth the wait to get a great cut. The prices are very reasonable and that is great, but I would gladly pay double or more. read more
