The only reason I go here is for Olga she is the best hair stylist, I will only get my cut with her , if not available I will wait a couple days , she's only there a couple days . A lot of turnover at this location , management needs to get their stuff together, hire quality stylist and a manager that's qualified. Love you Olga read more

I have short hair and am surprised that the charge for a trim costs $25.00 now. It went up around $4.00. Great Clips charges $18 so I will not be getting my hair cut at Supercuts anymore. That's too high for short hair! read more

Julia did a great job on my color last year. Julie, on the other hand, did a horrible job on my hair this summer. She took off 3 inches instead of one. One side was shorter than the other. My layers weren't blended. I had to go to someone else to fix it after. Beware of hairdressers that never stop talking to everyone in the shop but you. I was not there to be entertained. I literally had the best haircut, highlights/color service of my life! The stylist, Chelsea, knew exactly how to give me what I needed & wanted, especially since I'm the WORST at describing what I want. 99% of the time I leave a salon in absolute disappointment. I have difficult hair to begin with. After losing a ton of hair due to getting COVID twice, it's always a sad experience. But not this time! Chelsea will be my permanent stylist for life! Everytime I have gone into the Supercuts on 4th st and Bell road the staff does everything they can to discourage you from waiting to get a haircut. No one but 2 stylists in there but they had an hour wait. The tone they use when they tell you sounds like they want you to leave... Maybe the manager should start sending in friends to check out what kind of customer service is provided. read more

I came into this place two days ago and asked for a shampoo blow dry. I was very well taken care of by the lovely Janika. We had a lovely conversation and she gave an ahhhhmazing shampoo!! It's was perfectly splendid. After that she took me over to her chair and gently combed my hair out and got to putting some mousse in there and blow drying my hair causing me zero discomfort and absolute delight when she was all finished! This was my first visit to this location. I was greeted warmly upon entering and my check in experience was easy. Minimal waiting time as the location was not busy. Olga provided my haircut today and did a great job. She was friendly and made sure to spend time on the details of the cut to make sure no hair was missed. They do have some excellent stylist, but stylist named True is not one of them. This is the first review I have ever written about a place because my hair is absolutely butchered. My usual stylist was out so I went with True. I have the most basic men's haircut and I am going to my brothers wedding tomorrow. She used scissors the entire time, nothing is blended or faded it's very choppy and it is now sticking up like alfalfa in the back no matter what gel I try to use. I had to go back to the shop because when I got home my fiancé noticed an incredible amount of mistakes on the back of my head. When we got there she was reluctant to fix it, and when I finally got in the chair, True ruined it further. I would never recommend anyone having that stylist go near your head. read more

Just went in for a quick trim. Waited a couple of minutes for a stylist to be available, but it was early and they had only been open for about 30 minutes when I got there. I was greeted right when I walked in and they let me know it would be a couple of minutes - so I was fine waiting. My hair stylist was very friendly and did exactly what I wanted her to do with just trimming off the bottom ends of my hair so that I can grow out the layers I once decided were a good idea. When I entered the store both other stylists were busy and she greeted coming from the back all the way up front and took me right away. She's asks the right questions, good cut, great experience. There is not enough I can say about Daelyn. First, I followed her here and I will follow her anywhere. I've been her client for 3ish years, both my 5 year old and myself. My boy has a cowlick in the back of his head and she is the ONLY one that has ever known how to cut his hair with his cowlick, and it's always so cute. As for me - wow. It's been a journey we have both been on. I want to grow my hair long and healthy and after sticking with her, only her, and following her recommendations and buying the right products, my hair is growing, it's healthy, and my natural curls are finally coming out to play! Their whole vibe is trashy and unprofessional. I asked for layers but made the mistake of not having them blow it dry to see how it was dry before I left. When I got home and dried it, I could tell it was someone who was a beginner and doesn't really know how to cut layers. I didn't have time to go back, and to be honest, it's a hassle to have to go back and confront someone and trust them to "fix it". So where I made my mistake was waiting 2 weeks to try to make time to go back and just have the layers blended. I was told I'd have to pay $18 for a new haircut to do that since it was past their 7 day policy. Uh no. I'm not asking for a new haircut and style, I want you to fix these kindergarten layers that I've been trying to live with the last couple weeks. If I have to re-pay, I'll go to someone who knows how to cut hair. The only time I go to Supercuts or Greatclips is out of desperation but let me say there is a difference between their $18 haircut and a $60-$80 cut from a higher end place....you just usually can't get in as quick at those places. read more

The lady was finishing up a child's haircut and nobody else was there, she told me she isn't taking anymore haircuts. I went across the street and it took the lady literally 5 minutes to cut my hair.
