Had some time to kill while my wife was helping at our grandkids school and decided to get an overdue haircut. I make an appointment for 10:20 AM and arrive at 9:45 AM. Luckily for me the manager Natasha took me at 10:10 AM. Natasha has everything needed to deliver a 5 star outcome. She has personality, gift of conversation, gentle touch and great skills. She also leaves no straggly hairs behind. You know, the hairs that spring up in places like the ears, bushy eyebrows and the forest on the back of the neck. Getting old is a bitch. Natasha is very expedient, completing this task in 20 minutes. Bonus at checkout is the senior discount. It is wonderful that businesses offer discounts when you are young and discounts when you get old. Supercuts have been around a long time. Talented employees such as Natasha will keep them around for years to come. 5 stars all the way! read more

Walked in on Saturday around 3:45, We were not acknowledged. We sat for about 15 mins before being asked if we signed in. We said no and then we were checked in, I asked how long the wait was and I was told we will let you in right now. A hair dresser walks in and starts to clean still not acknowledging, "I'll be right with you" . "Thank you for the wait". Nope... we sat a little longer and decided to take our business elsewhere! No customer service! read more

I was blocked on google, so I am reposting here as well: I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was charged $112 for nothing more than a shampoo and a blow-dry. There was no hair mask, no haircut, and no additional treatments, just a simple wash and blow-dry on my shoulder-length hair. At no point before or during the service did anyone inform me that this would be the final price. I was only told the total when I was presented with the bill at the end. Had I known the cost in advance, I would have made a different decision. I felt taken advantage of. As an Italian customer, I would have appreciated someone taking the time to explain how pricing works at this salon, especially since the cost was so unexpectedly high. I have never paid anything close to this amount for the same service. This wasn't even my first visit, which made the experience even more disappointing. I was so shocked and upset by the bill that I just wanted to pay and leave. I believe clear communication and price transparency are essential, and unfortunately, this experience felt very unprofessional. I will not be returning. The previous review is what my wife and I tried to post right after her experience at this branch. The review was blocked multiple times so I reached out to the manager by email. She got back to me and told me she would investigate. I was then contacted by phone by Stacy. She told me that the hairdresser who took care of my wife had told her she was very clear about how much the service would be but this was never the case. There was no communication to my wife on how much a wash and dry would be. She told it me it was my word against theirs and that they would not be doing anything about it. She then said bye and hung up, without giving me a chance at a full resolution. We would just like to let everyone know that if you ever come across a problem at this location, they would blame it on you not understanding and say it's their word against yours, doing nothing to resolve the situation. read more

Worst place you could ever go to! We should've listened to the reviews. My husband came in for a small haircut. There was one lady only which should've been a red flag. He specifically asked for a little on top and the sides. She completely ignored him and cut off all his curly hair. Leaving it completely patchy on the back. It truly looks like she had no experience in cutting hair whatsoever. What part of DO NOT CUT MY CURLS was not understood??? Please do not come here. read more

I called ahead to make an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early. There were two people working. Only one was cutting hair. No one checked me in, I sat there for 25 minutes. Then the other person not cutting hair started tag team cutting the persons hair because they were arguing with the hairdresser. Why take appointments if you're going to be 20 minutes late? And I'm supposed to tip after getting 25 minutes of my life wasted? Lol.... read more

I am so impressed by hair stylist Tasha and how she cut my senior mothers hair. She welcomed by her first name and paid special attention to her . Tasha's station along with the salon was clean and comfortable. Thanks Tasha - Happy Mom = my Happy Life --lol See y in 6 weeks ! read more

The wait is kinda long at times, they go past the appt time about 15-30m but they work really hard and are really mindful to do a good thorough job. I only get my bags cut here bc they're very mindful and always do an awesome job read more

Terrible haircut. $28. Anastasia cut my hair and I thought it all went well. She was very, very fast, but I thought it was experience. Nope. Dangly hairs all along the side. Strands hanging longer on one sideburn and not the other. My whole right side is longer than my left. It's over my ear on the right, and shorter than my ear on the left. I asked for the the front of my hair to be longer than the hair behind it for when I style it. Nope! Longer in the back. I will never go back. Period. Worst haircut I've had. I don't know how you can cut hair for 8 years and mess up this hard. This is my first time at this Supercuts too. I have been to two others this owner has off Oceanside/college and 76 by Walmart. Still haven't gotten a good one yet. The others weren't bad like this though. Passable haircuts, just not exactly what I asked for/looking for. read more

Lorna is my stylist here and she's wonderful!..We have become friends and I really look forward to my appts with her...I hadn't had my hair styled for several years due to health issues and the Covid pandemic...I'd actually been cutting my own hair!...yikes...in just one appt she had my hair looking beautiful...back in the style that I'd had for years, just the way I like it...no fussing about trying to talk me into something new, trying new products, adding on services...listened and did a professional job. Thank you so much for fitting in my styling before you close on New Year's Eve! I had my hair curled and came out perfect!

Great and nice people, haircut came out great ! I recommend lorna, she was really nice and got me the look i wanted for my cut !

Went in for a trim and shampoo. Kat is awesome! She took great care of me and I'm super happy with my hair. While I was in the chair, an unruly customer was yelling and making a scene. I've never seen a grown woman stomp her feet like a 5 y/o mid-tantrum before today, but Natasha handled her like a pro. Thanks Kat and Natasha, you ladies made my day! read more

It was the worst haircut I've ever gotten. It was a simple trim that I wanted. First of all, I told the stylist that I wanted only an inch cut off and she cut off more than 2 inches. The layers were uneven in many places all around. I could've done a better job myself. I'd like to rate this experience NO stars but the app won't let me so they get 1 just so I can post this. read more

I went in to get my hair dyed the other day and provided a reference since they updated their computer system and no longer had my color on file. My stylist did not do a good job color matching my reference and it came out much lighter than I had asked for. I provided a photo and all the information she needed. I would go somewhere else if you want color services! read more

Great experience! Walked in and was helped right away by Kaylynn. She cut my hair evenly and had a wonderfully cheerful personality. She also gave me some good advice on what products my hair needed as it is extremely dry. The offered hair products for sale are very good. Thanks Supercuts read more

Friendly service and a good haircut spot for my Mom.

Worst haircut I have received. The picture with the caption is what I asked for the one on the left is what I received. I booked an appointment for a haircut not knowing that I wouldn't get a wash included which is standard for most places. So she sat me down and sprayed my hair with water and then cut it. Then after the haircut was over she did not give me an option to get my hair dried or styled even though I made an appointment and there should have been enough time for my full service. Not that any styling would change the fact that she cut my hair completely different than the picture. I went home to style it myself to reveal that no amount of styling would fix the fact that my hair was cut completely wrong. read more

I came in and asked for half an inch off. She kept chopping and chopping. Now I can't even put my hair in a ponytail. She took off 2 inches after I told her not to. I even had to point out to her that one side was longer and she missed sections in the back. Now I have to go somewhere else to get this choppy, horrible haircut fixed. It's still almost an inch longer on one side! And it's so short, I can't hide it with a ponytail. read more

Well.... What can I say? I knew it was a supercuts, I knew it was a $20 haircut but still I thought they would respect and listen to what I wanted. Apparently not, apparently the lady's here are experts and just take what you want into consideration and just go rouge. I just wanted 3/4 an inch off the bottom because i've been painstakingly growing out my hair and this lady gave me a shit ton of layers and cut two inches off like sure I get it, you think I need more hair cut but jesus all I wanted was to be listened to because now it feels like she cut off way too much and I want to cry ! learned my lesson I guess I have to pay more for better service ??? read more

Thought I would give this place a chance as it's close to where I live, mistake! Never again, I ask for a #2 . The woman made literally 10 passes on my head with clippers and used hair dryer multiple times to blow my head clean to extend length of time I was in chair. 3 1/2 minutes later I was done, $22.00 Serious? Crooked around my ears and sideburns different heights. This place is where people out of haircut school get there 1st job the only problem is she never should have graduated! Never again read more

Needed a quick, reasonably priced (and by that I mean inexpensive) haircut and had seen this Supercuts on multiple different trips to this particular shopping center. Very small but open salon. You can see the chairs, mirrors, sinks, and all other accoutrements in one take. It was empty in there minus one gentlemen finishing up paying for his haircut and 3 stylists -one of which was working on a mannequin head; I assumed she was in in-training/sharpening her techniques. The lovely girl that cut my hair (of course, as usual, I have forgotten her name!), blonde-haired, tall, and had an adorable accent, did an outstanding job cutting the jungle that is my hair. She went above and beyond what I was expecting! I just needed the dead ends gone and layers to be added. Totally appreciated her massaging my scalp when she was shampooing and conditioning my mop! She gave good suggestions and listened to my wants: we found a really great middle ground! I think if I'm in need of the same kind of haircut, quality service and low quantity price, I'll come back to this Supercuts! Loved the fact that I walked in and was immediately sat down in the stylists chair! No waiting, hurray! read more

Horrible service. My husband wanted to get a quick hair cut after work so I made an appointment/reservation hours earlier for 7:30. He arrived at 7:15 waiting until 7:50 then another lady walked in and they took her before him and they replied with "she's our regular client" They close at 8 pm so he was unable to get a haircut. I called to find out what happened and the girl who answered said she would have her manager call me.... no call back of course. Not cool. We will not be back. read more

I'm sure there are many great stylists who work for Supercuts, so I may have just ended up with a girl who didn't know what she was doing. I went in for highlights and a cut and was very upset with the outcome. The highlights came out like stripes and the cut left my bangs hanging in a chunk next to my cheek. I tried asking her to fix it, but she told me it looked bad because she hadn't styled it yet. After she curled it, the shape was still unflattering. I later asked her how long she had been doing hair and she admitted to only having had a few months of experience. I've had my hair done at 3 other salons since to try repairing her work. read more

This is only for eyebrow waxing. I stopped in this shopping center for something else completely but saw 3 salons right next door to each other. They each said they did waxing and since I needed an eyebrow wax I quickly looked up each place on yelp to see which receives the best reviews for this. Surprisingly, this place! The girl who did my wax was super quick and my brows are all nice and clean looking. I'm glad I stopped in here to have this done. I was in and out of here in no more than 10 minutes. I come to this shopping center fairly often so I'll be back here again. read more

Just had a great experience getting a haircut here! My stylist was Christina. She was super friendly, professional and attentive. She followed my instructions perfectly. Super happy with my cut from here. No pun intended. Well maybe... I've spent way too much on haircuts over the last few years. I used to go to sport clips and always got butchered so I ended up going to an expensive place about 25 minutes away. I was pressed for time the other day and decided to give this place a try. I can't recall the stylists name but will add it here in the future. She was really young but did an awesome job and my wife thought I went to my usual expensive place. As long as this same stylist is here, I will be coming back. read more
