I had called a few other salons in the area for an appt first and their manner on the phone was rude, layers wasnt. They were kind and accommodating. Every time I went to layers salon, I felt like I was visiting friends. I even brought my toddler with me a few times and even though he was a little rambunctious, everyone welcomed him with open arms.
