The person that I spoke with answered all my questions, was courteous, and accommodating. My appointment with Kathie was great. She asked questions, listened to my concerns, looked at the pictures I brought, and gave me her recommendations. She got to work with my color, followed by a razor cut, my first and it was so cool. She finished with a blow dry & style. She taught me how to style it and recommended the types of products I should use BUT she wasn't trying to push products on me, which I hate. My color looks amazing & my cut is cute, sexy, & edgy. I would DEFINITELY recommend this salon and give it a 5+ rating!
