This shop is nothing short of amazing! Norma usually cuts my hair and she is fantastic, I went in today and Ana was my stylist and she was great! I showed her what I had in mind to do with my hair and she did exactly what I wanted plus more. She showed me how I could change my style in 2 different ways. One for days in the suit and tie and another for a laid back day. She has been there 23 years and the lady beside her has been there longer (cannot remember her name) she cut my hair before as well and did an awesome Job. They also do color on men with top notch products that make you look good!!!! I had some gray I wanted to touch up and Norma made it blend in to where it was not extremely noticeable. My husband broke his femur on Thursday, we were at the hospital until Saturday, and I had a job interview on Monday. So needless to say, I needed some help once Sunday was rolling around. I think her name was Jennifer and she gave me a lovely shampoo, a quick trim, and straitened my hair to the straitest it's ever been. What a great deal. If I had any more energy to spare, I'd probably show a little more excitement and maybe crack a joke or two, but I'm afraid this is all I got today, Lancaster. Until next time. Went recently & did NOT like. I specially asked for one thing & received another. Worse yet- the hair wasn't swept from the client before me, nor was it swept as the stylist (older female, short red hair, first chair on the left) called a customer AFTER me, to cut his hair (total of 3 people's hair cuts without sweeping up the hair)... Smh... Not professional. Not inviting. And not clean. Maybe I came on an off day. But after losing several more inches on my hair than I asked to be TRIMMED off, I won't risk coming back again. read more

A friend recommended this Salon. Got a same day appointment with Tamika (sp?) for a wash, cut and blow dry. Wow! Think this might be the best hair cut I've ever had! She took extra care washing and conditioning my hair, gave me exactly what I wanted--keeping my length while adding volume and I love how she blended my bangs with my hair. Love how she styled it too. So so happy with my hair! Also, the reception staff are super friendly and the place is very clean. 10 stars! I'll be back. Thank you! read more

I just finished working with Liz, and I am more than happy with my results! She was very attentive to my needs, and gave me exactly what I was looking for in a cut. Although I came in on a busy day ($15 Tuesday), I did not have to wait very long. I am a picky person when it comes to my hair cut, and found it difficult to get the A-line cut that I love until working with Liz. My hair looks and feels amazing! Happy with our haircut, but confused about the coupon check out. We signed up for emails from supercuts online and came with coupon and code on phone. We were told that the coupon would have to be printed for audit to prove we had a coupon. It had a code on it for 1.00 off. After check out and no coupon used the lady at the register said if we do a survey and come back with a code, we can get 2.00 off. Yikes!!! Does that make any sense? Will not be back to this place. read more

Don't let them fool you. They don't take reservations unless you come in make reservations then leave. You can come back hours later and be fine as long as you make reservations that they don't take.. read more

My daughter went in for a hair cut and to get some purple streaks in her hair. After her haircut she asked the lady doing her streaks how much everything would be all together. She went to check and came back and told her $65! OMG! That's bad enough but when she actually went to pay they (the lady that cut & the lady that streaked) said they'd have to figure it out. They came up with $81 and some change!!! Then they the nerve to ask her if she'd like to leave a tip. I feel like they took advantage of her. She had never done anything like that before by herself (her dad and I were on a cruise). Very disappointed in Supercuts and I won't go back there. That is what you'd pay in a high end salon, NOT Supercuts. :/ read more

No thank ,never again. This place clearly has no concept of appointments. Made an appointment today at 6:00 p.m.. Arrived at 6:00 p.m. we were told there was one person ahead of us. OK that's fine. 6:30 comes around another guy walks in and says he has a 6:30 appointment and sits down. Stylish finishes with her customer walks over to the desk and is told that we were next. She walks over to us and tells us she's running behind schedule and that she was going to take her 6:30 appointment. She tells us she didn't want us to think that she was skipping over us however clearly she was. I wasted 35 minutes there for nothing. Perhaps she did us a favor by not cutting my son's hair. We will never be returning.and recommend others do the same. Thank you for wasting our time. read more

Dirty! This is NOT the place to get your haircut in the AV. I've been to all of the other supercuts and I'm a loyal customer. This store, however, is just gross! It's not a matter of just being older, although they really could use some repairs, it just filthy. Everything needs to be cleaned: floors, counters, walls, mirrors. It frankly looks as if they don't do any cleaning whatsoever. Yuck! Use the mobile app and find one of the other AV locations (note: my stylist Ana did a fine job; no complaints there!) read more

I bring my daughter here every once in a while to get her bangs cut and sometimes a trim. We actually love this place as it is usually a short wait time and all the girls are friendly and accommodating. When we first walked in, the lady at the front was checking us in when the stylist came in right behind us... the lady at the front asked her if she was going to cut my daughters hair and she replied ANGRILY with "I just did three in a row!" I was caught off guard??? I didn't realize our being there was inconveniencing her?? It was rude. I've never experienced that before?? But, we were still helped promptly and got a great cut! This place had such long waits and don't give the hair cut you ask for. I went here today to get a trim on the sides and top.I asked for 1 inch off the top and 1 1/2 inches of the side.What I GOT WAS 4 INCHES OFF THE TOP AND ON 1 SIDE IT WAS LEFT 3 INCHES AND THE OTHER 2 INCHES! This is to thank Supercuts for refunding what turned out to be a $29 charge, I was mistaken about it being $39. Do not press your employees to upsell beyond the initial suggestion or this is what happens. Tea Tree oil is nothing new and a lot of people already love it or hate it. The actual cut was fine, though I missed getting the hot towel on the neck. I think this got ironed out and won't be a problem in the future. read more

My family has been using this Supercuts for years! Norma graciously extended her services to my sister for her wedding a couple years back and she looked fabulous! She has cut my hair, my siblings, my parents and my grandparents hair. She always does a great job and is very receptive to what we want. I would extend this to the rest of her wonderful staff. Less than satisfied. I just wanted a simple haircut but obviously it was too much to ask. I wanted 1/4 taken off the top but it ended up being about 1/2 that was taken off. The lady was rushed and only textured the right half of my head without touching the left side at all. When she finished she didn't even blow dry off the lose hair or anything. It was just all over my face and on the top of my head. I went to the bathroom to wash it all off in the sink. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. read more

Don't go to supercuts I went today and I asked for a cut on the sides and top, my hair was to the tip of my nose when I pulled it down now I cant even see my hair when I look up I asked for the cut less than a inch off. I woke up with my hair knotted she asked me whens the last time I washed my hair (which is really rude) I told her last night (that was true) she shampooed my hair and charged me when I never asked for it. I told her I had a sensitive scalp but when she got to a knot she got a comb and started pulling it trying to get it out she did this for it least 3 min (it hurt so bad and still hurts). I have thick hair and like that she started to thin it with a razor im like WTF lady I never asked for this I just asked for a trim (I said that in my mind). not happy at all with it now I will where a hat or hood until it grows more. find a better place to get cut please don't go to supercuts. 1 star read more
