I walked out pissed , only because I was waiting for an hour just for the lady MARY with the long blonde hair to take someone before me ! Didn't communicate anything to me ! Just told me "let me take him real quick". The lady had a disgusting demeanor , I did not want her touching my hair after she pushed me off to the side for a customer when I'm a customer too ! I also told her manager at a different location and she is also aware of this persons work behavior ! read more

I received a choppy hair cut I'm never going to any Supercuts I'll be going to a salon from now on.

Ok I'm going to break it down step by step: Before I do I want to advise 1 out of 4 stars was solely given for taking me same day as NO OTHER SALON had any spots available for 1-2weeks. My bangs were way past my chin and I just couldn't deal with it any longer. Star #2 =Wait time: I called ahead to schedule an appt. 2pm/same day. I arrived at 2 pm and was told to sit and I will be helped shortly. I sat there for maybe 25-30mins before I was up. Not terrible.. I feel like the "appt" just got me ahead if the usual walk ins because a woman who waled in before me was told by the front desk person that its a 35min wait. Now mind you the waiting area was clean and not too crowded there was stuff to look at or just relaxing to chill. Over all I wasn't upset for this as it could have been longer. The staff was very attentive to the people waiting. Star #3= The Cut: I was helped by Kat, very sweet and attentive to my needs and concerns for my hair. I asked for a A- frame Around my face and even layers around matching up to my bang length to give me more dimension. (Being I have fine and flat hair) I would say I was in the chair for about 30-35mins but am grateful she didn't feel rushed to get me done. She cut, cut, and explained every cut before cutting to confirm the length I wanted to give up. Overall she was personable, kind and professional. Star #4= $$Pricing$$: As a mom we all penny pinch as much as we can and we all know we get what we pay for... so that being said I've been to a professional salon that charged me $65 for a basic cut. (Not including tip). I was charge $27 + I gave a $10tip (about 40% gratuity) for Kat taking the time to listen and provide the cut I wanted. Over all I'm very satisfied with my cut. It feels fresh and manageable again. A WAY better expirience then my last expirience at Supercuts in Simi Valley. Thank you Kat! I will be back in 3-4 months for my next trim. read more

I couldn't be happier. Norma truly was the best. She was patient and so kind. She listened to everything I was looking for in a haircut and even was kind enough to help prepare my hair for a donation that I have wanted to do through a foundation. I was extremely nervous at first to cut off 11 inches of hair but her knowledge and confidence in the haircut I wanted made me excited. She was attentive to detail and even color matched my natural hair color and did it in a way to keep my hair healthy. She took her time with everything and did an amazing job. My husband went yesterday (04/26/2024) and Mary cut his hair. He asked for a fade with his hair longer on top, and she completely messed it up. It's a straight line around. He asked to speak to the manager and she just laughed and said "have a seat and I'll fix it in a minute" .. he waited his turn already she should have fixed it then and there. She came up so high on the lowest setting it's almost impossible to fix. And refused to get a manager. read more

The person that cuts my hair does a great job, But Supercuts has gone to overbooking appointments. As a result, my time ended up being wasted while I waited for my stylist to complete the two appointments scheduled ahead of me even though I was at my appointment on time. I was putting off getting my autistic 3 year old non verbal boy a cut , this morning was the day and those ladies in this store were so patient, I couldn't have asked for a better hairdresser than Norma, she brought out her iPad and put on his favorite movie distracted him for a bit and she was able to give him a great look. I called before I came and asked if someone knows how to do two French braids (also known as boxer braids...you can google that term) and the lady who picked up said yes. This was 5:45pm 9/16/23 and when I got there 15min later, I was told nobody knows how to do that. So it didn't get done. It would be nice if there was honesty so I didn't have to make the drive. I started coming here for the price obviously, but the service is always outstanding. The hairstylists really seem to care how I like my cut, how I want my cut, etc. My daughter and I have been coming for ages and every time someone cuts my hair I think, "Oh she was good, I need to get her name and remember it." I never, I mean, never remember their names. I'm terrible. But apparently it doesn't matter because the next person who does my hair, I think the same thing. I made an appointment to have Mary add lowlights and cut my hair. HOWEVER, I had to sit and wait for her to return to me for almost an hour to wash my hair after the color was done. She did at least 3 haircuts for walk-ins, while I sat there. I was going to give 5 more minutes of my time and I was ready to leave (with the foils in my hair) and go home. She came before the 5 minutes ended. She said that it is the policy to not make walk-in customers wait, but it's OK for those who had an appointment have their time extended to take care of the walk-ins. I felt very bad just sitting there watching her take care of the other customers when I knew it was way past the time to get the chemicals washed out of my hair. Mary is a very good stylist, but I'm not sure that I want to wait while she is taking care of the walk-ins when my hair should matter, too. Apparently, the policy says that it doesn't. read more

I went earlier today around 1:30ish, Kimberly cut my hair. When I took my hair out the bun, I'll admit it needed moisturizer but that's it, she made comments about my hair that I found rude. She proceeded with my cut, I cut quite a few inches off my hair, while doing so she mentioned she likes to do her cuts a certain way. I'm not sure what way she was referring to but it must've not been in a good way. She completely messed my hair up and unfortunately I didn't notice until 9 hours later. I even tipped her because that's just good hospitality. My hair is uneven and not cut straight, there are pieces noticeably longer then others. read more

Treated myself to a long needed haircut for my Birthday. I went in waited just 20 minutes and the Stylist by the name of Rosie cut my hair exactly as I showed her in the picture with some suggestions because of my hair texture. She took time to explain to me what I'd would need to do to style it as I would need to. Great experience after so long between cuts all the staff is very courteous and attentive. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife just got a haircut there and they complete destroyed her hair. Didn't follow directions and just kept cutting and cutting leaving it extremely short trying to fix a mistake instead of admitting it and leaving it alone. I brought in a photo of the hairstyle I wanted but Madison seems to not even be able to see the features in the photo. She cut my bangs so short and in an arched shape when the photo very clearly shows long bangs, definitely not shorter in the middle. Also, the main aspect of the style are the outward pointing wisps of slight curl on both sides. She left me with no wisps and a lot of disjointed areas that don't flow together. She needs a ton of training. read more

Took my son to get a haircut today and well let's just say I could've done a better job. The lines were uneven and the side of his hair was very bumpy I'm not even sure how that even happens. I was disappointed the lady was very nice but not great at cutting hair to be honest . I came home just to fix it and cut it myself . It was a waste of money . This shop is nothing short of amazing! Norma usually cuts my hair and she is fantastic, I went in today and Ana was my stylist and she was great! I showed her what I had in mind to do with my hair and she did exactly what I wanted plus more. She showed me how I could change my style in 2 different ways. One for days in the suit and tie and another for a laid back day. She has been there 23 years and the lady beside her has been there longer (cannot remember her name) she cut my hair before as well and did an awesome Job. They also do color on men with top notch products that make you look good!!!! I had some gray I wanted to touch up and Norma made it blend in to where it was not extremely noticeable. My husband broke his femur on Thursday, we were at the hospital until Saturday, and I had a job interview on Monday. So needless to say, I needed some help once Sunday was rolling around. I think her name was Jennifer and she gave me a lovely shampoo, a quick trim, and straitened my hair to the straitest it's ever been. What a great deal.
