I wouldn't know first hand how they cut hair. I called ahead. No appointments, it is strictly first come first serve. I go in at 4:51pm. There are two hair cutters and two customers getting their hair cut and one guy waiting. And now me waiting, and I signed in. I see on the paper one guy in front of me. No problem. A lady comes in and sits down. We wait. At 5:11pm the lady that is about to help me (because the guy in line in front of me is now getting his hair cut) is cleaning up and a man and a boy walk in. I am told that those two get to butt in front of all of us because they were there "earlier?" How much earlier? I immediately walked out. I had already waited 20 minutes, waiting my turn, and now I was going to have to wait longer. read more

Trisha was my girl doing my hair. :o) I have a debilitating disease where I cannot do my own hair and I needed help with a shampoo and BLOW OUT!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. There were two ladies there that you could tell had horrible tension towards each other and they both did not want to be there (they admitted this out loud). The lady who cut my son's hair was rude to him and tried to discipline him because he was "being too wiggly". The haircut also wasn't very good but I wanted to get out of there before I lost my mind on her for being so unprofessional and rude to my two year old. I will never return here and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does, either. read more

Madison gave me the perfect haircut! All I needed was a touch-up, and she was able to make my hair look fresh and clean again. Not only is she a great stylist, she is extremely friendly, a great listener, and very easy to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends or colleagues. My experience was horrible. Avoid the hair cut lady by the name of "Hahn" she was very disrespectful very rude, and would grumble to herself. She did not greet us let alone even smile. She kept sighing as if she didn't like what she was doing. After I specifically told her how many inches of Hair wanted cut off, she only cut half of what I asked and as soon as I told her she slammed her stuff on her desk and said "FINE". She violently grabbed my shoulders after I got up and forced me to sit back down. She then cut an extra 4 inches of what I asked then telling us she's not doing it again. After I got up she charged me extra. I don't give the salon a bad review as much I give the Lady a bad review and I know it's not my say but I believe if she doesn't like working with customers she should leave. Female, Asian hairdresser Hanh should be avoided at all costs. She did not part or comb through hair while cutting causing the ends of the hair to jagged and wildly uneven. Not surprising considering she "layered and trimmed" 12 inches of hair in 20 minutes. It was the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Hair needs to be totally redone and will probably lose more inches trying to even things out. read more

If I could give NO stars, I would! My husband took our two boys to get their hair cut today at this location. Our previous stylist Natalie is no longer there. So, he had the only available stylist, Hahn, cut their hair. She was rude, mean, and completely disrespectful! She didn't greet them as they entered the salon. When he proceeded to tell her how he wanted our 11-year-old's hair cut, she told him that if she only cut that much off that he would want her to cut more. And, she would have to charge him for 2 haircuts. He ended up having to walk away because she continued to grumble and yell. The treatment was the same for our 9-year-old, whose hair she basically butchered! When my husband told her how he wanted our 9-year-old's hair cut, as he walked away, she mumbled under her breath that she was going to do whatever she wanted. I cannot believe that a person like this is allowed to be in this line of work. You should treat your customers with care and respect, not act like they owe you something and treat them like they are dirt. Shame on you, Super Cuts. Your customers deserve better....way better! read more

Let me start off by saying that @Sandy G. was right concerning @Mary S.'s review. I too believe a lot must have changed in the past two years because the experience was much more "Sandy" and much less "Mary". I got to go right in and was seen by the manager herself and she really took the time to get everything right. I even told her to, "surprise me" which is very risky, but after 5-min... you kind of already know whether the finished work is going to be ,"praise-worthy" or "gag-me-with-a-spoon worthy!" Aside from the smell of post-cigarette, I am very pleased with the results. Just a sec... let's see what the lady's say... ding, ding, ding... it's thumbs up across the board (thank you ladies!). My husband had a great haircut from stylist but the Asian lady who works there also and seems to be the manager or owner was Extremely rude to a man that came in closed to 5pm when they were closing. Horrible!! Stay away! I took my daughter in for a bang trim -- should be as simple as it gets, just cut 1/4" off the existing bangs. First, the stylist with two-tone ratted hair griped at the top of her lungs about the customer that just left. Then, the other very heavy stylist with a short brown bob said she would take mydaughter. I explained what I wanted (trim her bangs so that they're eyebrow level and not too short), but she seemed confused and said, "Well, I can't tell where her bangs are, so I need to cut the whole head." She admitted she didn't know how to trim bangs. I told her to just stop and we left. We will not be back! read more

I came here to bring my daughter for a haircut because it was great location so we were exited to try it out. We walked in and someone did say hi. After that there was nothing really said to us afterwards. They just asked my daughter if she was ready. There was hardly a consultation. All the stylist asked is how much do you want off? She is cutting my daughters hair here in completely silence. Everyone is quiet. Not one smile from the lady cutting her hair. My daughter just asked if she could get more cut off and she just slammed the mirror down and said "ok I'm going to have to do what I just did all over again". She grabbed my daughters shoulders and pushed her where she wanted her to go. I work in customer service. I work in the Beauty industry and I would never let this happen at my store. I honestly feel if you cant interact with clients then you should not be working with people. Im dumbfounded at the lack of energy and customer service. The vibe in here is heavy and I almost feel like they don't want me here. I understand people have bad days but that is nobody's fault. I cannot stand when people that work in the service industry act like this. No one made you take this job. You picked it so please at least act like you enjoy what you do. We just got in my car and my daughter is years. She is 12. She is not even crying about the haircut. She is crying because Hana was so rude to her. Yesterday I walked away with less than happy results from a particular stylist (and this is rare, as most workers here are courteous and do a good job), but Tim the manager took care of the situation with sensitivity and care. Arrived at about 5:00pm. Signed in and waited. Hahn was finishing up a haircut and proceeded to sweep up her area and clean up her stuff. Then she goes in the back for 5 minutes and comes out with a bag and packs up her stuff. Goes to the back again then comes out, grabs her bag and decides that the time was finally right to tell me it would be 15 minutes more as she grabbed her bag and headed out. It reminded me of the Andy Kaufman routine where he set up a table in front of a large audience and ate a bowl of potatoes. She's typically rude and emotionless if not angry looking. This whole time I was the only customer and wondering the whole time what was going on. When they were running discounts on Tuesdays Hahn played dumb on that too. I have had a great experience there with 2 other stylists. Take my advice, go a couple miles down the road to Great Clips in Lakeway. They charge $3 less and treated me as if they appreciated my business. I had a fun conversation during the haircut too and lost track of the time. read more

This is a great place! Since Tim took over the management about 6 months ago, it has gotten better and better. Tim has been cutting my hair for a while and always does a great job. He agreed to cut my hair dry, which many stylists will not do. He is friendly and has skills. Yesterday I got a cut and deep conditioning treatment for $21. You can't beat that for value! Everyone there is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend for a good cut at a very reasonable price. P.S. I read the negative review by Mary S. posted on 3/30/2012. Give this shop a try. You get what you pay for I guess. Ended up cutting my own hair when I got home. They seem to do well with kids though.
