Bob, of Carrick Auto Body, took my vehicle in, then, after it arrived, told me it would be over two weeks before he could even work on it due to his crew "being on vacation". I was somewhat upset, however I shrugged it off, as his quote was lower then the other competitors I shopped at. The vehicle was unsafe to drive in its current condition, so I left it there. Bob approved. The two weeks passed, and I start calling, day in and day out, for a period of five days. No answer. When I finally got through to him, Bob told me, upon asking if they had received my calls, "Oh yeah, we'll I've been running around". For five days? While MY truck is in your care? Even more irritated, I asked him if the deal was still the same, And he proceeds to tell me that he cant fix my truck for his initial quote, in fact, he had quoted over 1500 more then the original. He then proceeded to inform me that "fixing my truck was a waste of money", and told me that "paying money to fix MY vehicle was like throwing money into a fire". After about 5 minutes of interrogating me as to why I wanted to fix my truck, he then told me that "The repairs he can do wont even leave it inspection-worthy" I asked him how much it would take to get it inspection-worthy, and he told me, no joke, $10,000. It's quite obvious that these men don't care about their customers, and I will NEVER go there again.

He still has my car and refuses to give it back unless I give him $3,500. For what? He never even had the battery changed in the car so how did it get all this other work done without any power.
