I personally enjoyed all of these dishes as a Chinese American, whereas my parents who grew up in China and Hong Kong did acknowledge that it is not very authentic. Definitely targeted for the American/western palate but still tasty nonetheless. My favorite was the eggplant and the string beans. The walnut shrimp was very good too, but a little too much breading. Wasn't a huge fan of the triple delight due to the sauce being a bit salty for my taste, but it was packed with so much seafood, meat, and veggies! The service was great - shoutout to the host Stephen and the owner/manager David! Ambiance was nice. Nicely decorated inside and large. Pleasant to eat there.

Asian Fusion is simply awesome. It has entirely replaced other Asian restaurants in my delivery rotation. You can't go wrong with their Thai and Malaysian dishes. I swear they must make some of their rice noodles in house as I have never had noodles quite like them. I highly recommend the Malaysia Chow Fun and they have far and away the best Pad Thai for 50 miles around. I am also a huge fan of their coconut curries and their spring rolls are a must. The only problem with Asian Fusion is that I order too much food when I call. I can't give up on my standard items and always want to try something new. read more
