Fresh, delicious Chinese food. Definitely not your typical salty Chinese food, which made it taste clean and "healthier". While I have only gotten takeout, the service is always perfect and quick. Ding How is conveniently located in a cute shopping center, making for the perfect ambiance!

Our group of eight met at Ding How for dinner last night. Ding How does a huge carry out business. We were lucky enough to have the restaurant to ourselves, and it was perfect! As seniors, we sincerely appreciated the quiet setting. We are able to converse easily. Helen, our server, took excellent care of each one of us. We are always impressed when the server keeps our orders straight. We also liked that the restaurant is BYOB with no corkage fee. Now to the food - they started us off with complimentary wonton crisps with a sweet sauce for dipping. My husband and I ordered the Shrimp Chow Fun - lots of shrimp in a delectable sauce with wide noodles. Our friends enjoyed the following: Miso Soup, Spring Rolls, House (Chicken, Beef & Shrimp) Rice Noodles, Shrimp with Rice Noodles, Beef with Garden Vegetables, Shrimp and Scallops with Mixed Vegetables, and Shredded Crispy Steak. The portions were all generous and cooked to order. We all were very pleased with our dinner choices. We highly recommend Ding How.

When you have a favorite dish that is all that matters. The crispy beef here is crispy, with amazing brown sauce on the beef and plenty on the bottom to be soaked up with rice. Serving is enough for two meals but too good to stop eating.

Ding How is the best for weeknight takeout. Great beef and broccoli and awesome egg rolls. Definitely come here.

Good enough I will go back. It's strictly carry out. I Ordered:…read more Sesame chicken - solid. Large pieces of white meat. The sauce was nice. Dark with a little spicy kick, not just sweet like many sesame chicken dishes. Beef & Broccoli - fine. Meat not the best not the worst. Had some ginger flavor but overall sauce felt lacking. Portions were big. The box was overflowing Spring rolls - strange. The most "airy" under-filled spring roll I ever had. Very little filling. The woman behind the counter was great. Radiated good energy with an infectious smile. Overall good, but I need to go back to see if it can be better. My brother says this is his favorite carry out, so I suspect it can be better.

Food is always good! And the portions are abundant!! Mei is a wonderful host and always has a smile…read moreon her face. She remembers my name when I call in an order and is always friendly. Some of my favorite dishes I have had here are: wanton soup, egg drop soup, shrimp egg rolls, shrimp toast, house friend rice (which my father says taste just like the fried rice he grew up with in New York City) shrimp, and lobster sauce. The one downside is because their food is so delicious and the portions are so huge. She's always busy. So it's best to call and order your meal ahead of time and say can you have it done by a specific time. If you order your food and then go to pick it up. Expect to wait an extra 15 minutes. But it's so worth the wait
