It turned out that the sidewall was punctured and not fixable, but they ordered the same tire and put on the spare for me (no charge). I came back in a few hours and it got done. This is old-school; the way things should be. Then you look around and see a fleet of high-end Mercedes, Audis, and BMWs. And they treated me well with a *Corolla*! This is a *good* auto shop.

The office staff was professional, communication was good, and the shop was clean. In addition to changing my oil, they did a detailed overall inspection, which included a battery stress test, engine, brakes, and undercarriage. The full report, which included photos, was emailed to me and I was impressed by how comprehensive it was. If you just need an oil change and can do the minor maintenance and inspections yourself, then it will be a bit pricy at this shop (~$170). However, if you want someone else to do all that, it would be cheaper than a dealership.

The company that responded (Becce towing - see separate review) worked together with Villalta to help stabilize the front end of the car to keep both the car and the tow trucks from going over the edge. This was a really tough maneuver in a restricted space. Both tow trucks had to work together bit by bit to get my car off the side of the hill and finally onto the truck bed. They did all this without any damage to my car. Highly recommend!

Felipe noticed the car on the side of the road with the hazard lights on and went out of his way to pull over and check on her to make sure she was okay. He offered to help swap the wheel, but unfortunately, the spare we had was not the correct one. Felipe then towed her car to a repair shop in a different city for an unbeatable price. His rate was extremely affordable, and I would highly recommend giving him a call for any towing needs. Additionally, the car is extremely lowered, and Felipe came fully prepared with wood to safely load it onto the truck without causing any damage to the front carbon fiber lip. If you have a low vehicle, you don't need to worry, Felipe clearly knows what he's doing and takes great care of the cars he tows.
