Do not go here. My partner took her car in to get three tires one was brand new we just replaced it. The lady at the front desk walks around the car and states that the tires were 6 years old (they were two years old) and that she should replace all of them. They said we can do 4 tires and free alignment. She lets me know, me knowing what was happening. I called them stating that they don't need to replace all four and if there was something wrong with that front tire (new one) I would like to know because that wouldn't make sense. The technician starts talking about the other tires and I told him I know they need to be replaced I'm not talking about those I'm talk about the brand new one. He states that it's fine and it just recommendation to replace all four so I said okay where was the that new tire gonna go then? He didn't say anything so I stated only replace the three that need it. I call my wife letting her know as I'm on the phone with her they call her over and state that I called and it's gonna be more money to just do three and an alignment so she says okay do four then and I'll keep the new one as a spare. They said okay and I agreed that sounds like a good idea I went back to work. Then she proceeds to tell her it's cheaper if she does cash and that she'll drive her to an atm to take cash out (what fucking place does that? For one) and when she's checking out the lady tells her "oh yeah your husband called again and said to just do three and we will do a different lower price" my wife was so confused because I liked the original plan of keeping one for a spare especially how I sounded over the phone. She gets home tells me the story and come to find out I never called them they just lied to her because they got caught trying to make a buck off a new tire. Realized my tire had a nail in it and needed it fixed asap. Called Tire Squad to make sure they were able to squeeze me in since it was about 1hr before closing. There was a small language barrier but we managed. I showed him the tire with the nail, next thing you know he had my car on the jack and removed the tire. 15-20 min later, a different guy told me the car is ready. About $38 or so to patch and repair the hole and I was on my way back home. Simple, easy, quick. Would recommend them for a tire repair.
