He walked us step by step through the process and explained other features/options offered for our travel portfolios i.e. Clear. We applied online a few evenings before, scheduled an in-store appt and Brandon closed up the transaction in less than 10 minutes!! There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use by the entrance. This place is available for customers to come in to view furniture. However, you must call in in advance to schedule an appointment with them due to COVID-19. They are limiting their capacity, so they don't really allow walk ins. They are also doing this because they want to ensure that there is an employee available to help answer all of your questions and concerns. If you suddenly come in, there may not be an employee available to assist you in case you have any questions or concerns. So please call in advance. They are also sanitizing in between customers. While I was looking for furniture in this store with my mom several weeks ago in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: A plethora of parking. Seriously. You can park anywhere you want in the lot. It's massive. So few cars there during COVID. Furniture: Lots of furniture to choose from. However, if you do not find what you are looking for, have no fear. You can take a look at their plethora of catalogs to find what you are looking for. Staff: The employee helping my mother and I went above and beyond to assist us.
