    Pineapple tamarind and melon
    Jonny M.

We'd tried to eat at Super Taco Mexican Grill last trip but it was closed. It's inside of a Chevron gas station. We dropped in on a slow Saturday (noon) for lunch. The older lady working was friendly. - Melon and pineapple - as part of the combos, we were able to choose our drinks. Melon was artificial tasting. Pineapple tamarind was okay. - Enchilada plate combo ($11.99 USD) - rice was completely flavourless, beans not much better. Chicken was okay. Enchilada sauce hit the spot. - 5 regular tacos combo ($12.99 USD) - we were given three asada and two carnitas. Meats were dry, slightly over charred. Best thing was the salsa verde. Too bad they only gave one sauce. Average Mexican eats at STMG.

Awesome breakfast burrito. Located within Chevron. Lucero is so kind and her food is top notch. Great service and we'll be back!

Such good food especially for the price. It is inside of a Chevron, but they do have a drive-through window. I usually just go in though. There are tables and chairs for you to sit at and eat. They have the sweetest workers too. 11/10 recommend.

Okay now. Seriously. Why didn't I know about this place. I've worked in Everett for a while. I'm just finding out this place from a co-worker. He mention about the Super torta and I had to try it yesterday. And seriously. Come on man! It's insanely good. I'm not a big fan of tortas but this one is different. It's a must try one you could potentially be hooked! And today change my life opinion on Mexican food. I tried the super taco this time for today on lunch and oh boy it's loaded. And delicious! One piece of advice have napkins with you cause it's so loaded up that you will have so much goin on in your mouth! So happy I found out about this place!

Got 4 Super tacos, carnitas and adobada. They were really good and big, I could barely eat 2. The construction reminded me of "Tacos El Yaqui" in Baja California. I'll shall return to try the other meats.

Chorizo Breakfast Burrito--so good! Get some of that salsa verde on top and your world will never be the same!

We have been enjoying Super Taco for years! We love their Chorizo breakfast burrito! Not greasy, which is a big deal when working with chorizo. Filled with meat, eggs, potato, pico de gallo...should have ordered one to save for later... Super taco is inside the gas station convenience store, so don't be alarmed when google maps takes you to a chevron :)

I have been a long time customer. The food is delicious and always fresh. I always get the regular or super burrito. I've tried all the meat like chicken, pork, and steak and it's always seasoned and cooked really well. The homemade salsa guacamole you have to try and the horchata!

Regular tacos versus super tacos. Yum!!!!

In short Clean, bright, friendly family-style Mexican place…read more Full bar, plenty of TVs. In long I definitely miss the awesome Thai place that used to be here, but Luna offsets that nostalgia. They're doing a great job. There's a cool courtyard, with iron fencing and gating that seems to suit the Mexican decor even better than it did the previous tenant. There's a good-sized winding dining room indoors too. Brightly-colored paint, nice matching tables and chairs, some big screens probably tuned to the game. Service is right on point, cheerful and low-key, ready to make you feel right at home. You get a menu right away, water with chips and salsa in a minute or two. The drink menu isn't the main focus, but you get basic versions of most anything. I had a Luna Margarita with lots of fresh fruit in there--even had to clear the straw at one point. The chips and salsa are generic. Just pico and tomato sauce stirred up. Would be nice to see them make something in house, but not too many places do that (fewer than you might think). The carne seems to be the star of the show, and it was tasty. Ordered medium and came out closer to well, but still fully tender and juicy. Tortillas were fine, the roast corn and scallions were good, and the rice and beans held up their end of the bargain. Little bit of guac and fresca in the middle of the plate. They're working hard for your Mexican food dollar, and if you're anywhere nearby, they're easily worth a stop.

She took us to the back which featured a bar area and twinkling lights on the ceiling! Loved the plants and decors on the wall. Our server was so attentive and kind! Me and my girl friend's husband ordered the Mar Y Tierra, thinly cut steak with garlic shrimp and mushrooms on the slide with rice, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and choice of corn or flour tortillas! The steak was my favorite -- so juicy, tender and flavorful! They have a great variety of drinks! I got the watermelon basil margarita. They also have Jarritos soda which, my girl friend tried the guava and it was good! You have to get here before peak or you may not get a parking spot. They do have parking at the back but I bet if it's a peak night, it'll be crowded. We will definitely be back next time!

I admit I often go back and forth between the two, but what stands out about this one is the friendly service and the salsa bar. Personally I could live on chips and a good salsa bar alone, but the food I get is always pretty good as well. It seems like salsa bars are mostly a thing of the past these days so do check this out while you can. Plenty of parking out front, but they are closed Mondays. We often come for lunch and the service is pretty fast. They understand our need to order, eat, pay and be back at the office before too much time has passed. They are always willing to accommodate special requests and often have food specials and a regular lunch menu. I've brought a handful of people here and everyone has been happy with their meals. I usually opt for a veggie burrito or fajitas. I'm sure I'll be back again sometime soon.
