This place has the absolute most delicious food! Before here, I've never tried lengua at all. But after tasting a lengua burrito from Raliberto's, it's been a game changer. When they cook their meats, it's always tender, juicy, and extremely flavorful. To the point where I crave and feel like I'm addicted to it. Whenever I get hungry, my first thought is "more lengua" from here. And it never misses the mark. The food is consistently delicious, made in large portions, and the price is fair for what you get. I can tell that the people here put care and pride into what they cook. From taste alone, I do not see them cutting any corners. There are no fillers. It's just authentic food. My favorites from here are the lengua burritos, and their al pastor burrito. Always flavorful. Always large portions. Supremely delicious. If you crave this style of food, please give them a try. I've been to this taco shop multiple times and I am extremely happy with my experience here. The fish tacos here are my favorite and definitely are better than any other fish taco I have ever tried. The combination of sweet sauce with crispy fish and greens is super good plus the green and red spicy sauce on the side. Beware of the red sauce it really packs heat. However, the wait times vary drastically from 40 minutes one time to 5 minutes another time just tell them you are in a rush and they will make it fast. So this is not good Mexican. I ordered the tripe tacos Chile relleno burrito the beef crispy tacos and the fish tacos. The tripe was way over cooked and very dry. I've had dry tripe but this was like cooked over and over again making it awful with no flavor. The chile burrito was what I came for and it was filled with lettuce very little beans and the relleno could not make up for it. The other tacos lacked flavor and the red salsa did not have much heat. I think the target audience here is not Mexican but another culture for sure. read more

I don't hand out 5 stars. I've always chosen El Rinconsito as my go to - they never seem to let me down, although never over the top. Railberto's always delivers and has some excellent items for a few dollars that can certainly satisfy a quick lunch. Rolled tacos and their Al Pastor soft tacos are really great options. Anyone giving this place four or more stars is either smoking way too much weed or just plain.............!!! This is not California style Mexican. This is basically dirty imitation food, truck style of Mexican overpriced and really poorly made food. The service was all right, friendly and just the right amount of care. I ordered some Carne Asada tacos along with the Carne Asada burrito. My stomach is turning as I am writing this the Carne Asada or tiny, tiny, tiny chard little pieces of steak thrown into a tortilla very odd tasting. The salsa was very blunt as well. I got more lettuce and diced tomatoes than really anything on the tacos. The burrito was absolutely nothing special pretty much the same style as the tacos just a giant tortilla stuffed with rice beans and very little tiny pieces of chard steak. I usually get the taco time that's in the parking lot right next to it and will continue using that taco time. At least it's fresh and usually 95% consistent. read more

This is a great place. I like that they are open early, so I can come right after the gym. The enchiladas is really good with the shredded beef and jalapeños. However, the chicken chimichanga is where it's at. They load it with chicken, but the shell is crispy. With tons of guacamole and sour cream on top! So good! We got breakfast from here yesterday and it didn't disappoint. We were craving breakfast burritos and found this place on yelp. It was a great find. I got a sausage breakfast burrito and my fiancé got a bacon one. He went to pick them up and went into the restaurant rather than the drive thru line, which he said was packed. It didn't take long to get the food and it was still piping hot when it got home. The burrito was packed with sausage, eggs, tater tots, and cheese. We also got a green and red salsa on the side. The salsa packed some serious heat but I really liked the green one. My fiancé also enjoyed his bacon burrito. The burrito was a good size and kept me full until dinner. We dined in and ordered #1, the beef hard taco combo and a #3, one beef hard taco and cheese enchilada. We both agree they are good and standard for Mexican food. Enchilada sauce, however, was a little salty which caught me off guard. We got two salsas each. Food was prepared in a timely manner with one person in front of us. Uses eco friendly containers. A very good Mexican place in Everett area. Stopped here for an early dinner. We thought of taking the drive thru, but later decided to dine in. A neat and clean place. Ambiance is a quite casual. thought it was a shack from outside, but they have got plenty of tables. It's a self service place. Place your order and then pick it up once ready. We ordered burritos, tacos and quesadillas. Service is real fast. Best part was tacos - loved it! The flavor and the sauces they served on the side - just superb! Didn't like the California burrito - have had better ones. But the quesadilla was very decent. Overall it's a nice place. Quick service makes it easy to pick up the food and they are open late in the night as well. Good find! read more

Got the rolled tacos and they were just alright. Didn't blow my mind. Guacamole seems like just mashed avocado? So that was a bit disappointing. Wish the toppings were spread better but I do appreciate using the empty part as a handle. First bites were great but the ends were pretty much just a crunchy shell without anything. These tacos seem to have carnitas inside? But the end of each piece was empty for me. Friends got fish tacos and felt that they weren't worth the value. A friend and I had a sudden craving for breakfast burritos after a morning workout, so this place popped up in our search. Decided to try the tamarind juice and the machaca breakfast burrito and thought they were both really good! I don't see machaca very often so it was nice to try something different (although I do want to go back and try a more go-to option for me which is the chorizo). The burrito was piping hot when it came out, which is such a relief! I'd rather wait for food to cool down knowing that it came out hot and ready than to get a lukewarm meal. YUM! This place is located near the freeway entrance/exit, and has a drive thru. I love coming here for breakfast burritos and plates when I am in town. It is priced well, and proportions are nice. After a night of drinks, there is nothing I crave more than a breakfast burrito. It was our first time to this taco shop, and they did not disappoint. I had to cut mine in half because it was so large and hearty. Although I didn't get to try them this time, I also discovered they serve cow tongue tacos. This is not something you normally see in the area ,but so excited to try. The ONLY downside was the salsa. I stopped by Raliberto's Taco Shop late on a Friday evening, because most everything else was closed. We ordered the Carne Asada fries and a Carne Asada burrito it both were rather disappointing, given the ratings. The Carne Asada across the board was dry and lacked flavor, was like eating old beef jerky, and there wasn't anything in the burrito to "offset" the dryness of the meat. I'm used to beans (or something) to pair with the rice and the meat, but there wasn't any, so it was a dry burrito, dry Carne Asada, bagged crinkle-cut fries and "okay" guac. I'd maybe come back it if we're super busy, so I know the food is fresh. I think I may have caught them at a bad time when everything had been sitting, I don't know. read more

We ordered two burritos: asada and al pastor as well as carne asada fries. Everything came out to around $45 with a discount. The fries were sadly a bit underwhelming. The fries tasted frozen and older, the cheese was meh, but the asada was okay and they give a huge portion. As for the burrritos, they are skinnier, although longer and they are more expensive. The asada in the burrito was again alright. The pastor was heavily seasoned and turned out to be our favorite although I wasn't in love with it but it was the best of the three orders. read more
