I feel like I purchased a basic when I actually purchased the higher end package. I am not sure what this person means by not understanding my concern. Its only appx $300 but the principal of all my requests for contact have actively been ignored. About every month I will get an email stating they need basic information that has already been provided multiple times... I rolled through this car wash and decided to get a wash. I went to the middle lane and the screen said "unavailable". There was guy out there and he instructed us to go to another lane. He then kept repeatedly trying to sell us a membership(after we already said no thanks). I was annoyed. Then he proceeded to touch the screen for us and put his arm to rest on my window. Like HUH? Back up, please. I chose the 16 dollar super clean wash. Paid and moved along. Another gentleman sprayed only the front windshield. Went through the wash, came out and my car was still dirty. Be cautious of this car wash!!! Would not recommend going there. - Bad customer service!!! - Equipments always failing (vacuum doesn't work most of the time). - Dry rags / towels are always dirty or out. - Wash doesn't really work as you'll have to run it through again to get your vehicle clean. Been coming here before they even transition to the new ownership / name and never had any issues or complaints. One day back in Nov 2024, one of the wash spinner did not work and it dragged and broke my rear wipers. This was confirmed by the employee that the spinner did break the rear wiper while the report was being filled out. After months and months waiting on a response, my claim was denied by their claim representative Teddy Coleman (tcoleman@sscwaz.com) as they state that they were not at fault. So be cautious and I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

I have video of the manager admitting one of his previous managers was committing fraud and was fired for it. I tried out this new car wash recently and was very unhappy with the service. First off, the guy kept trying to sell me on a membership when I clearly told him no 2-3x. I get that it is their job to sell, but no means no. Secondly, my husband went to the same car wash a week later and received the same treatment. It borderlines on harassment! He told them repeatedly he did not want a membership. And to top it all off, the machines cracked his passenger mirror! It was so badly cracked that the cover came off inside the car wash! One of the workers had to go inside to retrieve it. He emailed corporate explaining the issue and included photos and a detailed description of what happened. They had the audacity to respond saying the damage was not done at their business and they were not liable for the damage! We are escalating the issue further and have even threatened small claims court. Absolutely unacceptable! DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! You will pay for it in the end! read more

*Employee Fraud* *Beware* I arrived at the location to get a basic car wash. An employee stopped me and began taking over at the kiosk. I told him I just wanted a basic he stated he was running a special, 3 washes for $18. All I needed to do was keep the receipt and show it to the attendant. A few weeks later I get a $28 charge from the car wash. I go there and speak to the manager, he says they have been having a ton of employee fraud. The attendants are fraudulently signing customers up for memberships. He tells me he is unable to cancel the membership his employee fraudulently signed me up for and I have to call or go online. I go online to cancel my membership...but I can't because his employee created a fake email address to sign me up. I use the "contact us feature" and receive an automated response stating I will be contacted in 3 business days. After not hearing back for 3 business days I returned back to the car wash to tell the manager no one has reached out. He tells me there is nothing he can do and I have to either call or go online. I tell him I have done that but no one has responded. I ask for his bosses information and he states he can't give that out. I get him to call his boss and I can hear him repeat the same thing-call corporate or go online. Zero help at all. It has now been 7 days since I visited the car wash to get this issue resolved and sent a request for assistance via the website and no one has reached out with a resolution. The employees are committing fraud, management is aware and has acknowledged this fact yet the company refuses to make it right. read more

I had my car washed yesterday. The guy at entrance was very friendly and helpful. They give you a disposable towel to clean the inside of your car. I liked the towels to dry outside, Windex, and air pressure tool they have at the free vacuum station. Very happy with the changes they have made. I'll definitely go back. read more

We had damage to the mirrors on our car (that were folded in) after the car wash ripped the mirrors the opposite way (forward) ripping the covers off the mirrors and bending the frame to the point the mirrors are no longer adjustable due to the mirrors rubbing g the frame. After over 3 months, they finally "DENIED" my claim because they see no damage in a picture. Horrible business in regards to customer service. Horrible. read more

FRAUD - BEWARE - Got the $23 membership in June 2025...used the service once. Attempted to cancel the membership online. I get an error everytime. I've been charged $33.00 four times now. Go to the website to cancel - get an error. Can't cancel. Website says they will contact me in 3 business days...I have not gotten any response back. Yes - I checked my SPAM/Junk mail. Went to the location and asked for the Manager - spoke to IVAN on 10/14/25. Ivan said they couldn't do anything and referred me back to the website. I explained that I'd already done that and had gotten no response. Ivan attempted to cancel the membership on his phone and received the same error that I get. Told me he would talk to his General Manager. I have received no response from the GM. Ivan mentioned that they get lots of complaints about the website not responding. As of 10/21/25 I've been charged $23 for the initial membership and then $132 ($33x 4 months) for 1 car wash....and can't cancel the membership. I am taking the next step. read more

I went through the Allen car wash on Wednesday and noticed that the car wash snapped my antenna on top of my Jeep. I have proof it was the car wash and am aware you have cameras in the wash for things just like this. On my ring camera I leave the house with antenna intact, go to your car wash only then straight home and ring camera shows antenna snapped. I need to know how this is going to be fixed by you? Also, during that wash I had to drive around to 6 different vacuums before finding one that worked. This is a brand new, remodel location and this is a very very bad new look. I love this place. I've been a member for a while now, used to come when I had an SUV and now I have a truck and I love coming here. Unfortunately, the last time I was there my antenna did get bent a little. I stopped by Tuesday afternoon and the gentleman who was up at the beginning of the car wash asked if I wanted him to take it off. I said yes please and he actually helped bend it back for me and removed it. It looked like it wasn't exactly an easy job but he still did it. After I got out of the car wash he saw me trying to put it back on and came over and helped me twist it back on. I got my membership here before the new ownership and have been trying to cancel for months. I had my windshield replaced and so the only sticker I have with my "account number" is inside my door. It does not scan when I try and no one that works there can find my account so I have to pay for a wash that I'm already paying for. I have reached out online multiple time and get no response. The phone number online just puts you in circles and not with an actual human. No one can seem to find my account but yet I am still being charged monthly for it. Ever since the switch this has been a nightmare I'm being charged monthly to deal with. read more

My husband used this car wash in July and it malfunctioned. His car and several others were severely damaged. His side mirror was nearly ripped off from the machinery. The car in front had their windshield destroyed and the car in back of him had scrapes all along the sides. The employees took his information and promised to make it right by their insurance. Took my wifes MDX in for a wash. We have a monthly plan. I hand dry it everytime and after coming out the LF wheel was scratched pretty bad. Don't know how it happened but it happened in thier wash. They used to have yellow plastic rails on entry and a mirror to see your front tire. The guy that waves you in could care less, They denied the damage happened there. These are factory wheels and factory tires. Half the vacuums are always broke and the spot free rinse hardly ever comes on. Just ain't worth the lower price and broke down equipment. read more
