Super Spa was responsive with in 10 minutes of wanting to book an appointment and maybe you'd think that could be a bad thing.... I had the best experience there. Very helpful, respectful. At first I booked with a man, (because I need deep tissue, "assumed" that would be better") when I got there and said I wasn't wearing underwear haha he wanted me to feel comfortable and said I have a great Masseuse that has better hands than he did. The guy at the desk is very nice and a hard worker however the first time I went there he asked if I could tip more and I tipped %15 because it was good not great. I went today and they had a special $120 for a Swedish, facial and guash. It was very rushed and they kept switching people on me and left every 5-10 min. On top of that they only did it for 65 min. I timed it. They asked how I liked it and I was honest and he kept making excuses. I know they were busy but I said I would wait. He said ok $100 but I had a $20 off so I tipped $20 so he wouldn't say anything and I will not come back. Which stinks because I'm looking to go 3x per week and they lost a good costumer. Could be good but disappointing. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. read more

Oh my goodness.. what a surprise! This little gem in Costa Mesa was such a blessing!!! My therapist didn't waste time.... Got a 90 min and she knew exactly what and where my body needed work, perfect communication about pressure and relaxation. My whole body felt amazing. And they are so incredibly welcoming! Oh my goshhhh...first of all, we're from Chino Hills and there are plenty of foot spas in between but we somehow ended up here and we would both gladly do it again. I actually really liked this place. They were very welcoming and accommodating. I noticed small things that were nice as well, like having a warming pad on the table and providing grapes and water afterward. I originally booked a 60 minute foot massage but when I arrived the lady at the front suggested a combo, 30 minute back and 30 minute foot, so I did. Within a few minutes of the massage the lady came back in to check on the temperature of the heating pad and pressure of the massage. The only annoying part was finding the place. It's a new location so my maps told me it was where the CVS was, but it is actually at the very end of the building facing the street. I will definitely be back. read more

They decorated the room with birthday decorations as a surprise which is one of the most thoughtful things I have ever seen. From the second you walk in the door to the moment you leave there is nothing short of thoughtful employees and service. Upon leaving, we were handed a signed birthday card from the staff at Super Spa. Another amazing example of a business that goes above and beyond and shows their appreciation in the most beautiful ways. I received the 1 hour long Shiatsu Oil massage and it was the perfect mix of stretching and massaging with oils that smelled amazing. I'm exciting to return and try the other massages they offer, but this one will be hard to beat. Upon arrival I couldn't find a place as my GPS told me I've "reached my final destination." When I called the office for help they were very nice and patient with me. The front office staff were very nice and friendly; the masseuse checked in with me from time to time to ensure I was doing okay and that she's using the appropriate amount pressure on me.
