THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! 1st Test : I paid $46.75 with credit card and the result is a no-pass because the car was just fixed and the computer was rest. The owner did not notice the computer was just reset and said it's not his responsibility to know that before the check. Before leaving, the owner advised me to drive 50-60 miles and do a retest for 27 dollars. 2nd Test : Before the retest, I make sure I drove at least 100 miles streets and highway combined. The test result is again the computer is not ready and I paid another $17 for a failure result. Asking the owner why the computer is not ready even though I drove over 100 miles. He just simply replied that each car has different drive cycle and did not want to compensate a bit for the wrong information he gave me. Paid in total:$63 Result:No pass(computer is not ready) Test fee next time:$50 Take-away: If your car is old, stay away from this shop because you need to pay another 26 to do the retest and you only have one chance. After that, guess what, the price is back to $50 cash again. If your car is new, stay away from this shop too because you can surely find other smog test shops which offer half the price of this shop. You can argue that I did not do my parts well but I just want to say that's also the reason why I need a professional smog check technician to tell me the correct way to pass it and the experience I had and the way I was treated definitely did not validate it. read more

This place is a rip off. My truck pass smog but since I didn't have a carb sticker he failed my truck. Which I understand he's doing his job. What pisses me off is that he's making pay to get my truck re smog when I already pass the first time. I have the carb sticker on my intake now. A lot of places give you a free re test but this guy is just out to get your money. I'm never coming to this place again. I ended up paying 80 dollars plus certificate for everything which I was originally quoted for 50 dollars. Beware of this place. read more

Fast, efficient and informative... I take both my cars here every year and I think this is the spot in Lake Forest for a SMOG.

I won't go anywhere else. This facility is the best ever. Have been coming here for many years. I recommend you go here.

Danny helped me out today, nice guy and was super fast. I called ahead of time to check his schedule. Less than 10 mins in and out.

Don't bring a book -- Danny moves fast. In and out in just a few minutes. It's nice not dealing with some Mediterranean dude peddling rugs on his cell instead of smogging my car. Danny charges an all-in $50 cash or $53 credit card. I used the card because I'm a dope. read more

There is a reason for the 5 stars... 50 cash in and out in under 10. Really can't ask for more from a smog station.

Quick, easy and my car passed. Service was friendly. I will definitely be coming back when I need to do this again.

Super easy. I went in, they smogged my car. It was $40. It is in a business park so a little hard to find but if you drive around, you will see it. read more

Couldn't find the other smog check place I was looking for so I came here. $55 with card to smog check my minivan. In and out in less than 10 minutes on a Tuesday morning. read more

Danny runs a super smooth, super friendly business with super customer service. I had an issue with the VIN/year of my car that caused a lot of discrepancy and confusion but Danny worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got the personal care I needed, in a timely manner, and made sure I got the best deal in town. Hands down one of the best business people in Orange County. read more

Arrived at 8:30am on Monday morning, the owner was setting things up. He was very friendly and courteous. By 8:45 I was driving away, Smog Cert in hand (as I'm selling my car.) I would highly recommend him! read more

After reading the reviews, I gave Super Smog a try and they did not disappoint.10 min and I was done. Perfect!

Took my car in for smog check today.I had called ahead of time to get a quote over the phone . I forgot to tell them that my car is a SUV, nevertheless, they honored their quoted price and charged me the same. Very friendly service. I do recommend them to anyone needed car service. The nice man at the counter took my DMV registration form and starting inputing my information in to his system. Told me the prices straight up, $50 cash and $55 with credit card. This is for the Smog Check btw. He took my keys and got my parked car in to the garage. He did the check so quick. It was definitely less than 10 minutes. I like how he got straight to the point! He also sent the info straight to DMV so I didn't have to mail them anything. I will totally recommend this place. read more

$45 for SUV, including the certificate. That's full amount out the door, cash or credit card, no coupon. Best price in South County. When I got there there was no one in front of me so it took about 10 to 12 minutes only. So perfect. read more

I can see why this place has a 5-star rating. I was in-and-out in 15 minutes. Paid $55 + $6 for a gas cap gasket (mine was cracked due to old age/weather). Danny was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Assuming your car passes smog, I can't think of any reason why you'd want to go anywhere else. read more

This place is amazing. Trust the reviews. I came on a Friday morning. There was no wait and I was in and out in minutes. The price was great and it was conveniently located just off the freeway. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back. read more

The reviews here are right. Fast, painless, 53 bucks for debit or credit card (3 bucks to offset the credit card processing fee). Thanks!

Highly recommend- honest, good service and reasonable price.

Needed to get Smog Check for my vehicle and my previous go-to place only had 3 1/2 Stars and 7 reviews. Super Smog was on the top of the Yelp rating list for Irvine with more than 40 perfect ratings. Decided to give Super Smog a try and . . . it is definitely 5 Stars. Fast, Friendly, and Priced right. Danny had me in and out within 15 minutes. This will be my new go-to Smog Check place for sure. read more

Danny is friendly, quick, and efficient. When I called he told me the whole process would only take 10-15 minutes, and that's precisely how long it took. Trustworthy guy; I'll definitely come here in the future for all my smog checks. You can't go wrong with this place. read more

Got another smog check here today. Checking around, his price isn't out of line with others. Visited a shop that wanted almost $70. Maybe prices have gone up! I am happy with the $50 deal. read more

15 minutes or less you're done! Got here on Wednesday morning, I was about to park on a spot when I saw the owner pulling a car out of the parking lot, I asked if there were any cars ahead and he immediately asked for my keys and told me that he can take my car in now! No need for comfy waiting area because you don't have to wait that much. SMOG done, Certificate printed! Been here twice and this shop served me well as the first time. Great customer service! The best STAR SMOG, worth recommending! read more

Easy in and easy out! 8 minutes and I passed. Place is great! Will never go anywhere else!

Wow if he served food I would eat here every day. Great price, great service, good attitued, was done so fast I could not believe it. The ONLY place to go for a smog check. read more

The place is conveniently located, the guy who tested my car is quick and friendly. The parking lot is tight, as there are "reserved" spots for customers of other businesses. Notify the technician you want your car smog tested, find the parking space with the white sign saying it is reserved for Super Smog and idle there until he waves you in. Hand him the registration form and wait inside the office until he is done. read more

Danny is great, honest and quick. I've been back 3 times and no hiccups. Highly recommend him. I did my searching a while ago now I just keep coming back. Great job Danny. read more

First experience with doing a California smog check, and this literally couldn't have been easier. I was in and out in about ten minutes, and this was from just walking in. Friendly and quick, I'll be coming here from now on. read more

Excellent service! In and out in about 10 minutes. Paying cash saved a little bit of money. Definitely using them again next time.

Came here for the 3rd time today to get my wife's car smogged. 2 cars ahead of me and I'm still out of there in 25 minutes. There's a reason for all 5 star reviews and 1 fake review. PS: If you have a check engine light on, your car will auto fail a smog test. You either need it reset by an auto parts store, or address whatever is causing it to illuminate and have it fixed. read more

I went here because I needed a test-only station. The basic price was reasonable and the test was quick. My only complaint is the extra $10 "research fee" to be sure my after-market air filter was legal, when it already had a CARB sticker for this, and the tech only did a one-minute Google search. Should have waived the fee that time read more
