The way he spoke to them made them feel singled out and disrespected because of their language and background. My parents were so uncomfortable with the interaction that they decided to leave the store. Other employees were present and witnessed what happened. We contacted O'Reilly corporate to report the incident and gave them an opportunity to address the situation, but after about a month, we still have not received a meaningful response or resolution. Regardless of what language a customer speaks, they deserve to be treated with patience and respect. This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning to this location.
