AVOID! I originally wanted IGLA & an alarm system installed…read moreonto my truck but this company doesn't install IGLA only Viper. I cancelled an appointment with them and drove 4 hours away to have IGLA installed and Compustar instead. I mainly wanted IGLA due to its features. Fast forward, I needed a rear dash camera (purchased off amazon; Neideso 360 dash camera set) installed into my camper shell and this company refused stating that "I had to go back to the people that installed my security system to have them install a rear dash camera". That is a lie. He was upset that I didn't use his company to install my after factory security system. This behavior shows a lack of emotional intelligence and poor customer service. People have after factory devices installed by different companies all the time. The front dash camera was installed by me inside my truck but due to having a camper shell I wanted the rear camera placed into the campershell.

It was a more than average stereo install in my opinion. I was first told 4 days to install and tune. He beat that by a day. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to upgrade their existing stereo system.

This is an UPDATED comment after learning that the business had a communication glitch (thanks,…read moretechnology!). INNOVATIVE STREET LIGHTS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO FOR VEHICLE LIGHTING. I took my new-to-me car to the shop yesterday for brighter headlights. My 2015 Nissan had amber headlights which only offered diffuse lighting for Monterey's oft foggy and unlit roadways. I wanted the opportunity to see and to be seen when I drive at night. The owner emailed me last month to let me know that his shop could install the lights for my budget & the process would take 30 minutes max - no appointment needed. I stopped by yesterday morning & was welcomed into the cleanest mechanic's shop I've ever seen. Not a speck of dust or drop of oil anywhere. Everything was spotless and freshly painted. The vehicle lighting displays were numerous & offered something for every customer. Of course, I'm sensible. The owner suggested that I add fog lights for additional safety while I'm driving and found a set that matched my budget. Done! Lights look great and will ensure that I see everything while I'm driving. The employee who completed my payment transaction was knowledgeable and kind. *Lighting was not only installed, but lights were balanced to optimize my line of sight & other drivers' view of my lights.
