Terrible. We have…read morealways loved Kona Ice, and had a truck at our house for our six-year-old son's drive-thru front yard birthday party in this COVID-19 environment. The truck showed up with a broken blade. They had no replacement in the truck and the replacement didn't show up until 47 minutes into our 1 hour party, and the ice machine was not operational until 51 minutes into our 1 hour party. By that time more than half our guests had departed without receiving the Kona ice, and the few who remained had been waiting for nearly an hour. The driver/operator was nice and professional throughout, but then the company expected me to pay the full price. Chris, an owner/operator, called and became combative on the phone, stating that they had "fixed" the situation and had provided the service we had agreed to. We agreed to one hour of service from 12-1pm, and received nine minutes of service in that time window (12:51-1:00pm) for the roughly 1/3 of our guests who waited around that long. The truck stayed longer, but the party was over at that time. Unacceptable service, made doubly so by the "demand" that we pay for a service we did not receive as agreed upon.

Keep your eyes peeled for the cute colorful stand! There are a variety of flavors, such as strawberry, banana, lime, margarita, peach, pina colada, blue raspberry, pink lemonade, etc., as well as toppings (such as cream, Ghirardelli chocolate, marshallows, etc.), specialty flavors, and signature items. Iceys come in 3 sizes -Kiddie, Regular, and Jumbo! I had The Buzz (that had cherry, grape, and blue raspberry) and the Weekend at the Beach (with green apple, red raspberry, and peach) - OMG - the shaved ice was smooth and wonderful in texture. The flavors were distinct, and compared to other iceys that are out there, this was not at all watered down and full of the punch! I loved that both a spoon and a straw were provided, and that the portions are oh-so-generous! The owners are so friendly and so welcoming - there's also a tent set up outside so that you can enjoy your treat with a nice breeze. Definitely check this small family-owned gem out - you won't be disappointed! I'm planning on checking this place out most of the weekends! What a perfect treat for hot summery days! +delicious iceys! +friendly staff! +keep up with the updates on their social media!

I live in the Philadelphia area but I'm down Glen Burnie often and I'm glad I have discovered…read moresnowballs. Snowballs are the Baltimore area's version of Philly area's Water Ice. And boy are snowballs splendid. They are slightly different in composition In that liquid flavor is dispensed over shaved ice instead of the flavor being frozen in and then scooped out into the cup but the end result is still the same --pure happiness. When entering the property it's really nice to see that there is plenty of parking. It's also very nice to see families hanging out at the picnic table outback on a warm day eating their snowballs and having fun with one another. The times that we have been here the service has always been excellent and we too have enjoyed our snowballs. I can't even begin to count how many flavors You can order but it has to be in the neighborhood of over 40. Today myself and the SO Ordered the spearmint and the candycane snowballs. Both were refreshing, energizing and delightful. Count on seeing me there a bunch of times this summer

Super kind and patient staff and I assume the owner too who we talked to that was super excited for us to try hers. Shout out to the mango too, it's my mother's favorite and has made her come back 3 times since we tried it for the first time 2 weeks ago.

Toppings in the bowl include mochi, mango jelly, and mango cubes. On top is some mochi, mango slices, and a scoop of passion fruit sorbet. There is mango sauce and condensed milk throughout the bowl. The staff spent a lot of effort to make the bowl pretty and did a nice job of mixing the ingredients so that you don't have toppings on top only. The shop seems cute and there seems like there would be more things available when the owner is in. They have lunch boxes that look good. They also have takoyaki on the menu but the machine is currently down. One thing that I didn't like is that the item was different from the menu description. I was expecting mango snow and mango ice cream or sorbet. It's not the end of the world but I picked this one in particular because it was supposed to be mango snow. While the bingsoo is large enough to share, I also feel it is priced a bit high for what it is. Might be because there aren't many other laces like this in the area but bingsoo is usually bigger or less pricey. Overall, a decent stop for dessert if you want something a little different. Street parking was not that hard to find when we went.

There was live music and dancing which I think was part of a kids program or class. You can play pool or just chill under the tent and watch tv. There was a baseball game playing when I went. The checkered spot was there serving brews as well. This is a dog friendly environment as well as kid friendly. When I got there they had just taken a break. Probably to clean the equipment and refresh the supplies. So although I did wait a long time on a very hot day I can't say it was because of bad service. The staff was actually pretty nice and kept apologizing for the wait. Prices are average. They offer custom made syrups which I will try on the next trip. This trip was to get the rainbow that I saw in TikTok. The snow ball itself was really big. What I didn't like was the container. Although it was perfect to display my rainbow, I feel like it wasn't big enough to hold the contents. And my snowball melted fast so it was a little soupy in the bowl. Silver lining is that the container is eco friendly. Parking is difficult here. There is a tiny lot but only 5 cars can fit at once and it seems tightbto get in and out of there. I did get lucky and found street parking very close. But if all else fails, there is a parking lot across the street if you don't mind paying or plan to be in the area a while.
