Let's start here, the smell. I know you have multiple dogs but other daycares do their best to maintain. This one didn't. You could smell every drop of pee, poop, dog must everything. Red flag number one. My pup barely wanted to go in the back. Another red flag! My baby has been in daycare for over half a year, and he has been a bubbly, fun, adventurous boy. I took him to the daycare he they kept saying he wouldn't play with the girls only the boys. Ok hmm seems weird. I took him again and they said he was shy which was weird to me because my boy isn't shy at all. Then sadly I kept going and they said they'd engage with him..? Why this late. That was my last day they said "he did fine" that last day. My baby boy barely wanted to go in there. He stayed home with me on Friday and Saturday. I couldn't let him go back. The crates for the dogs are tiny and stacked on top of each other another red flag. That place was not organized. Yes they are cheap but it's not worth it to me especially if my pup isn't having fun... my pup is now at a new daycare and is loving it !! We boarded our two dogs here for about 6 days. They took SUCH good care of our boys! Great communication, and you can tell everyone there really cares about each dog there. Being on vacation and having the opportunity to see our guys playing with all the other dogs and having a blast (they post stories on instagram every few hours throughout the day) made us feel so confident that they were in good hands. They required a four-hour evaluation before our dogs could stay, which was very reassuring, knowing each dog there had done the same but also knowing our dogs did well in the daycare group environment! (One of our dogs was a "pandemic dog" that we adopted in 2020 and hasn't been socialized as much as we'd like since we were home for so long.) I could not recommend this place enough, and we don't see ourselves boarding our dogs anywhere else from now on. read more

Super Paws is an amazing doggie daycare. Period. Amanda has been amazing with working with us and our almost 14 year old dog, Maggie. She's kept us informed of Maggie and her everyday activities and helped us realize that we needed to take Maggie for an evaluation where we found that Maggie was getting cataracts. But Amanda never made us feel like Maggie wasn't welcomed. She found other ways for Maggie to still come to daycare so that my husband and I could keep working during the pandemic and adjusted things accordingly so that Maggie could safely attend when we found out about her cataracts. Amanda has also been more than amazing during the pandemic when money issues came into play. Without her, we honestly probably wouldn't have been able to keep ourselves afloat. Maggie always comes home happy after daycare and she's always excited in the mornings as we get ready to go. We never got to tour the facility given the pandemic, but we've seen parts of it through the pictures that Super Paws posts on Instagram and it looks clean, cozy, and like the dogs are happy as can be. We recently relocated from New Orleans 3 weeks ago, and we were trying to find the perfect boarding for our sweet baby Harlem. Harlem has never boarded before so I was very nervous at first, but after reading the reviews I decided to give super paws a chance. Fast communication and the staff are amazing. Harlem spent 4 nights here. They were very active on social media with uploading pictures and videos. Harlem seemed like she was having a great time while she was there and after returning home, she has been perfectly fine. She instantly jumped back into her routine without a problem. My doggies have been boarding with them since they were pups. They love going and they come back so satisfied. I can go out of town with ease and know that they are happy and taken care of. Their taxi service has been very handy when we have needed it as well. I recommend their services to any pet parent. It is tough to trust our dog kiddos to just anyone, but Amanda and her crew really take care of them as if they were their own. Their add ons are amazing as well! We have used their spa devices and have been so satisfied, especially after the doggies have been with them for more than 5 days. They come back fresh and happy. My fiancé and I both work long days. We needed someone to come and let our two boxer pups outside in the afternoon to stretch their legs and for a potty break. We originally found Amanda on Rover.com, and her nearly 150+ positive reviews there convinced me to contact her. Our dogs are our children, and it was very important to us to find someone trustworthy to care for them, especially since they'd be in our home while we weren't there. She came out for a free consultation to meet our dogs and discuss our needs before our first visit. There are several reasons we love their services. My work schedule changes weekly, and Super Paws has always been available when we need them, even on very short notice. Sometimes even same-day appointments. Amanda always reaches out to see what days we need help each week, even when I forget! The process is extremely convenient. We let her know by text message which days we need, she adds it to her calendar, and we receive a text confirmation of the appointments. She sends easy online invoices by text message also, which I pay from my phone. Your payment information can be saved in the system so you don't have to enter it every time. We also get reminders of the appointment on the day of, and pictures of our pups during the visit every time. This gives me so much reassurance during the day, that I know for sure my dogs aren't at home struggling to "hold-it"! On days when one of our dogs is sick, we have asked for updates and provided special instructions for feeding/watering. Amanda always has addressed any concerns very promptly and found thoughtful ways to mitigate any issues. She's very responsive, and always gets back to us quickly. We came across this place recommended by a friend. And we saw good reviews about them. But when we got there it was very suspicious from the beginning. Just the fact that they won't allow you to take a tour of the facility should be the one red flag you need to run from there. My partner dropped off the dog, and since we were really tight with time he just hoped for the best. The dog spent 6 nights at this place, then another friend picked him up. As soon as she saw the dog she noticed a lot of rash all over his back legs, bad canine cough, dry-hot nose as well and a little lethargic. it's been almost a week since he left that place and we're taking him to the vet because he's not getting any better. Whatever he's fighting he got it from this place. Our dog has never been this sick before. We always make sure he gets all his vaccines before boarding. We were looking for cheaper place this time, lesson learned. You get what you pay for. I do not recommend this place at all. read more
