    He loves it here

This is such a great doggie day care! I bring my dog here at least once a week when I am working overnight shifts at the hospital. They take good care of my pup. And he looooves coming here. The staff are very good people, and I have many interactions with Randy and Bruce. I've been impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and I never have seen the place be dirty when I pick or drop off my dog. They have separate indoor and outdoor areas. They also have pools outside if it gets unbearingly hot for the dogs. I usually buy their 5-10 day daycare package and supplement this with overnight stays if I need to. You save a few bucks with the packages which I like. A few times, my dog has come back with scratches on him from other dogs, which I would have liked to have known about at the moment, but my dog is also aggressive in playtime so I can understand. Anyway, for the price, I think it's a great place and I'll continue to come as long as the continue to take good care of my pup!

My dog loves this place! I take him twice a week and he is always really excited on the mornings he knows he's going. I have to admit I enjoy those days as well since he always comes back totally worn out from a full day of playing! Bruce and the staff have done a great job updating the daycare to make the space even better for dogs of all sizes. 5 stars!

And they have excellent bakery goods! That's how we stumbled upon this gem!!!

After trying about 4 other doggie daycare's in the area we are so excited to have found daisy's!!!! Tucker absolutely loves the place and the staff! It's super clean and you can tell just how much they love what they provide there! Tucker had so much fun he didn't want to leave! I'm sooooo glad to have found Daisy's!!!

I've been bringing my dogs here for years first my late dog, and now my current miniature schnauzer. If you look back at my previous review photos, you'll see the PERFECT schnauzer cut they used to do. Consistent. Professional. Distinguished little gentleman energy. Recently though, scheduling became nearly impossible. Every conversation sounded like: "Let me confirm if our groomer is actually working that day..." After weeks of trying to coordinate schedules, my schnauzer's hair got longer than ever. He loves wearing shirts, so yes, he had some matting. I paid extra for de-matting and gave very clear instructions: shave the skirt, but keep a full beard along with his chest and paws fluffy. Y'all... when I picked him up, I genuinely did not recognize my own dog. He walked in looking like a miniature schnauzer and walked out looking like a scrappy chihuahua named Peanut. They shaved EVERYTHING. His entire body, his face, even his whiskers. HIS WHISKERS. WTF. I know hair grows back and thankfully it's summer, but I honestly felt bad for him. As someone with longer hair myself, if somebody sat me down and buzzed me to the skin without warning, I'd probably need emotional support and a hoodie for a month. My dog still seems happy and unbothered, but I'm traumatized enough for both of us. After years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing and totally unacceptable. We will never come back..

I have been a diehard fan of CHAH since I first got my dog as a puppy and brought her here in 2017…read more I recommended anyone who wanted a vet recommendation to go here because I thought the vets cared and I liked that it wasn't trying upsell like some vets I've experienced. Even when we've moved further from here where it was no longer convenient, I still tried very hard to convince my husband to keep going here. The Vet Techs and the front office staff have always been nothing short of an amazing. I have no complaints with how responsive and warm they've been. With that being said, it breaks my heart that I fear I will have to be looking for a new vet. My dog usually has bad anxiety at the vet and it's gotten terribly worse recently as she's gotten older. Instead of meeting it with patience and understanding, we got the opposite. As pawrents, we're not opposed to doing anything that would be in the best interest of our dog and some tact would have been appreciated. The bedside manners of our doctor recently has been disappointing considering we've gone to her many times in the past. What used to be a friendly bright greeting with our dog and helpful insight has now transitioned to being short with her answers and noticeably irritated. When seeking understanding of why she recommended a product over another for curiosity, we were met with "I just do and you can look at that on our website". We chalked it up to a bad day as the office was chaotic running behind with road closures, we get it. The nail on the coffin was when receiving the results over the phone on a different day, and I was met with nothing but passive answers. I was trying to seek understanding as to why my dogs results were abnormal as this was not the first time she's received similar results and I wanted to know if there was a concerning pattern. My mind was foggy as I was trying to recall the history on the spot of her visits and instead of "I'll look into that for you or have someone do that", it was met with "no, I don't know what you're talking about. if you don't want to take your dog to the vet for a follow up then thats your choice" kind of attitude. I felt like I was gaslit instead of talking to someone who wanted to be helpful. I would like to think that I wasn't being difficult and it no longer felt like a safe space to get any understanding of my dog's situation. Her solution was to send the lab results over and I could look at it myself. So now I have questions left unanswered and feeling like the one professional I should be talking to is too annoyed to answer.

They suggested surgery at 6k but I didn't have that kind of money and they recommended taking him to some vets that they knew. I called my regular vet who could neither see him or fo the surgery. They offered to get a referral to a different bet for surgery but that didnt happen and set an appt for me at 8 am bit my cat died at 4 am When i called i called to cancel the appointment this morning. Before she went, I'd worked with her on sit, down, take it, leave it, and some spins with decent success. Brian took what she had and built on it, adding heel, come when called, turn, and stay. He returned a noticeably different dog. When we hit some bumps shortly after, he came back out and spent a solid hour with me going over what was actually happening...not just commands and corrections, but why she was behaving the way she was and what she needed from me to feel secure. (Spoiler: she needed me to be more confident and consistent.) He has a way of cutting straight to what matters without overcomplicating it, and more than once he said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. What struck me most across both experiences was how much genuine wisdom he brings to his work. He's clearly someone who has learned his craft through deep experience and observation, and it shows in every interaction with the dog and with the owner. On top of all of that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable; boarding and training combined for what many trainers charge for training alone. We felt genuinely taken care of. Kind, patient, perceptive, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.
