We've been taking our husky to Wag'n World for the past few years for grooming and this most recent experience blew us away! Our dog is NOT a fan of getting groomed. He absolutely hates getting wet and doesn't like anyone getting near his paws. Because of his absolute hatred for getting groomed, we only take him twice a year to Wag'n World. Skyler did a fantastic job during our husky's most recent visit AND he was able to trim our dog's nails! We couldn't stop staring at our dog afterwards and was in complete shock that Skyler was able to trim his nails. The service took approximately 3 hours (bath, deshed, teeth brush and nail trim). Although there are plenty of other closer grooming salons near our home, we don't hesitate to drive a little further to take our dog to see Skyler! read more

My husband was working here for disaster recovery for several months. I would come into town every other weekend from New Orleans, but not with Korra. My husband missed her, so I looked around for a doggie daycare so she wouldn't have to stay in a hotel room all day. I checked several facilities, but in the end, I was lucky to find a facility about a mile from my hotel. I bought my Mini Goldendoodle Korra to the Montrose location for a day visit to see how she would interact. She had never been in daycare before, so I was concerned that she might not like it. I also called several facilities to ask questions. All of them answered my questions, though it was clear to me that some of the staff were perhaps making up answers on the fly. The manager took her time answering my questions and gave me some great insight as to how Korra might fit into their groups. All my worries were for naught. First of all, the first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was. All of the other facilities I visited smelled like a "dog", for lack of a better word. The staff was very nice, and they treated Korra like they had known her forever! They could tell that she was nervous because she did not go willingly at first, looking back at me as if to say, " Who are these people, and WHY are you letting them take me away"?!!! I told her she would be ok and the staff member took her time leading Korra away. She didn't drag her away, as I've seen some people do at other facilities. They also have an app to let you watch your dog whenever you want. I opened the app and let it stay open all day. I watched, as the staff introduced Korra to the other dogs, allowed her to follow them around until she felt comfortable, played with her, and encouraged her to go outside when time to do so. By the time I went to pick Korra up, she was ready to go, but her tail wagged excitedly and she seemed to have had a lovely day. The next morning as soon as I received my car, she jumped into her seat, again tail wagging excitedly. We arrived at the facility and she nearly dragged me out of the car to get into the facility! She had several great days until my husband was transferred from Houston to Florida because of the last two storms. We were both sad to go but if we are ever back in town I know that I have a lovely place for Korra, where she will be loved and looked after in. the best possible way! We love Wag'n World! My rescue dog can be scared of new situations but quickly warmed up. It was heartwarming to watch him on the cameras -- wagging his tail, having zoomies, and playing with the other dogs. It's super convenient -- they get him out of my car and bring him to my car. They deleted my account and my response to the owner so I will post it again. Read below in the screenshots for the response that got deleted! Spoke with the owner today so I don't know why my review got deleted. I wouldn't even be posting this again, like why keep escalating the situation. Anyways, I called the number the own owner left under my review and left a message to receive a call back. The owner apologized for instantly being in attack mode to my review without knowing the full story or my side at all and I accepted his apology because I never had a problem with him or his brand! I stated multiple times in my review that I liked it. The only problem I have at this moment is that John putting my Personal information in a Facebook group full of 600 random people putting me in possible danger. You never know which one of those 600 people can have ill intentions towards me from the lies of the groomers post. Also, the fact that I never spoke with anyone after the grooming, but the people two who were supposed to be refunding the tip. It's a lot of lies on their end. Then there's is a 5 star review for John directly after my low review. He's weird. I feel bad for the owner at this point because he stated that he was not aware of John's actions and kept apologizing saying that John was subcontracted and he knows nothing about his personal page. (But John tags their profile in his posts.. a lie) Although, I do not fully believe him because of his initial response to me, I still have given them respect. For my response and Yelp profile to be deleted I can see that his apology was not genuine at all. I've literally been nice this whole time, even on the phone I stated I still liked the company. He said he's not sure if John really posted my information on the Facebook or if he sent it to me to scare me, but it's clear that it was a actual Facebook post. Harassment from a groomer who gave a bad service is so weird. June 16th was the day of the grooming... let that sink in. Also, I never booked another appointment after June 16th. I never got an invoice of a balance, and I never got wished well or the best of luck finding another salon that best suited my means. Lies on top of lies. He just was being petty wanting to get me black listed which I could care less about. He went out of his way to sent me his Facebook post after already posting stuff and tagging me on his Ig story multiple times after the grooming. Looking for a reaction rom me is very childish and looks bad on the company tbh. You can see in the screenshot my personal information is out. First and last name, address, phone number, email, emergency contact, and Instagram profile. Very dangerous. He shouldn't have even been giving access to that. Yelp is a free space for me to post my reviews so if this gets deleted I know that they reported it and I will screenshot and post this again. Beware of booking appointment at this location! If you have a busy schedule and timing is very important to you, then do not take your pet here!! They fail to book the time offered over the phone or something's even book at all. They call to cancel making up excuses with their groomers. The owner then began to make up lies and state that I was rude to the staff and that is absolutely not true! I'm allowed to be upset when your office constantly mis books, overbooks, or doesn't book at all after saying that you did. I don't have time to be wasted. I have tolerated this place too long because the groomer we had did a great job but the front staff is completely unprofessional and always smell like weed! They even have the nerve to Google me and find my profession and began to attack my profession! STAY AWAY! Wagn world is the absolute best and the only place I trust to board my dog, Mia. The facility is spotless, the staff is always so attentive and friendly, and the dog cams give me piece of mind to check in when we're away. After having a bad experience with Wag'n World's closest competitor (physically), I decided to try them. So far, I've been thrilled with the staff and the care of my puppy. They have been extremely accommodating when I have an emergency and do an excellent job with their grooming. They lose half a star (my rating would be 4.5) with their busy schedules. They won't be able to do anything about it (success will do that to you), but if you need to book a time, DO IT EARLY...like way early. I couldn't have asked for a better place to take my dog for weekly daycare and when I travel! Every staff member here genuinely loves the dogs and greets them with a smile and pets every time we walk in! I recently had a situation where my AC went out in my house and I needed to extend my dog's boarding. They were extremely accomidating and sensitive to my situation, they were happy to keep my dog for a few extra days until I could bring my dog home! Highly recommend them! My dog gets very stressed out at places like this but the owner & the workers tried very hard to make sure he was as comfortable as possible & kept me updated. I am so thrilled I was referred to Wag'N World! The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive and the facility is beautiful. I brought my pup Stormy here for an evaluation to see if I would board her here and it went better than I could have hoped for! They sent picture updates and a report card. The only problem was that I could tell my dog wanted to stay when came to pick her up because she was having so much fun! It's very obvious the staff loves the dogs and their jobs and I appreciate that this facility is staffed 24/7. We LOVE Wag'n World. I was very skeptical at first, not of wag'n world, but of our puppy and his behavior with other dogs. We've done a few play dates here and there but nothing like this large setting so I was worried that he'd behave poorly with others. During our evaluation day, we were informed we wouldn't have access to their cameras (my favorite part about this place) so I was nervous and my phone was basically always next to me in case something happened. But turns out, our pup received his report card and "passed with flying colors!" We came back for a half day later that week and Cooper WOULD NOT stop playing. But once we picked him up.. he was knocked out asleep before we even left the parking lot. I requested for my first full day that he be forced into naps twice a day to make sure he doesn't get grumpy and is nice to others. Not sure if they did this or not, but his behavior was 100x better and I even caught him laying by himself sleeping a few times. Looks like he's gotten used to this place and I'm glad because we love their staff and everything about them! This is the only place I trust with my dog. You can tell they genuinely love dogs and take great care of them. They have play time and open sleeping. Our pup is always so tired out. She also hates the vet and most groomers she's been to but she happily walks back with them every time. I barely get to say goodbye! How awesome is this place? Cleanliness dog boarding facility I've ever seen. The staff is great and truly loves your loved ones. One thing I've noticed....they are almost never in the kennels. If they are, I haven't seen it. Every time I've been the dogs are out and playing the yards supervised. At $40 per night, I'm amazed. Most I've seen are almost double that. Great toy selection too. We've boarded our two dogs and frequently have them groomed at Wag'n World. They are always super sweet to our very bad little dogs and are great communicators. The groomer texts to confirm he's doing the exact "hairstyle" we want.
