I booked Lily our Golden Doodle in for a groom, she had been going to Happy Snoutz for years…read more Leslie was not there when I dropped he off at 9, for a 12:30. appointment. They insisted I bring her early so she would be ready if they got ahead of schedule. I explained i was leaving on a trip at 3:00 so had to pick her up then. I figured no big deal she can play until she gets groomed. I called at 1:30 and they had not even started her and said they would then, I explained again I had a flight to catch so needed to pick her up by 3:00. I called again at 2:30 and they were bathing her and that was all they had time to do. Well that was an expensive bath she didn't need. When I picked her up she was totally tramatized. I questioned the lady and she indicated they had put her in a kennel. She hates kennels. I had explained early to Leslie that Lily doesn't do kennels and she always let her play with the other dogs. Well these girls decided since I didn't pay extra for day care she had to wait the entire day in a kennel to get a bath we didn't want, excuse me you were the one ones that REQUIRED she get there early for you convenience not mine. I don't think the dog would walk back in there again she was so upset. We will never go back to Happy Snoutz again!

I got regular picture and video updates of her playing fetch with them! Monika gives your dogs one on one attention, treats, toys, and cuddles while you are away. The second time I boarded I had the absolute best thing happen: I pulled into the driveway to drop my doggos off and they were SO excited to get out of the car to see Monika! My boys ran to the back yard where they play and you could just tell that they were happy to be there. What more could you want as a pet owner? My dogs' excitement spoke volumes about how well they are treated at Cloud 9. My heart is full. Thank you so much Monika!

After all that, she still could not follow instructions and underfed my dog significantly. My dog eats farmers dog so it's simple, 2 packs a day. It even says it on the packages. Monika only fed him 1 pack a day. Also, I received zero updates during his entire 3 day stay. She didn't even offer to make it right for her mistake, all I got was the comment "at least he didn't starve". As I was preparing the payment she stood and waited as if she wasn't going to give me my dog if I disputed. When I got home, I realized that she also didn't follow the medication instructions properly as there was one pill that he should have taken but was sitting at the bottom of his bag--Not even in the pill organizer case that she encouraged me to buy. This business doesn't even deserve one star. If you care about your pets, please find another sitter.

I picked him up and my dog is exhibiting fear based behaviors that include flinching, cowering and whining. I don't know what happened to him while under your care, I called to talk to someone on your staff, it was a male, hispanic. He didn't offer his title. He said he spoke to the staff but nothing out of the ordinary occurred that anyone could recall. I just now bent down to put on his leash and he flinched when I got near him. It breaks my heart that he's now acting this way. He is 11 years old and has never behaved this way. I just took him to the vet to get him examined and try to find out why he is acting this way. This dog never whines or is vocal. Please supervise your employees closely and make sure they are treating all of our animals with proper care. I don't have any proof that anything happened to my dog aside from his behavior after leaving the facility. I'm just stating my experience with my dog and your facility.

Prior to leaving Ohio, we unexpectedly ended up with an abused shelter pup. We brought him to Galveston, however now needed to find a place for Eddy while we were in Mexico. I immediately called, visited, and.fell in love with them. It is 24/7 ( most are not). He was not kennelled. He chilled with his new friends on couches and rumor has it, slept in bed.
