Bruno Paw day!
Andrea R.

It was a great experience for my Bruno. He is only 10 months and the only dog was not to sure how he was going to act. But the staff made it easy for him to be social and got to play around with others. When he came home he was tired so I know he had fun. It was a paw day for him. I would be going back again.

This is the most incompetent pet lodge ever. First when i picked my dogs up their food wasn't even half way gone from what they started off with. I thought maybe i could be tripping but i took my dog to the vet and she lost 7 pounds. Then I am told one of my dogs cant come back due to an incident. According to them it is serious enough to ban her but not serious enough to contact me or her emergency contact. Diamond was real nice but Jasmine and her time was not a pleasure to speak to. I was told by one of the employees there is a chance to talk about it but when i spoke to the manager i got otherwise . I was told a golden doodle can only be handled by two people due to it's behavior but I just think it's crazy my dog didn't get any redemption. I scooped out 4 days of food yet they are trying to convince me they fed them properly. I was told some people weren't even able to give one of my dogs water due to her behavior so i can only assume she wasn't fed properly . That brings us back to why I or her emergency contact was contacted ? I was also told one of my dogs could come back which would not be happening but when i went to log in to see their pictures my log in is deactivated all of a sudden . All i can honestly say about this establishment is Diamond is probably one of the best people up there . They are lucky to have her.

Best daycare and boarding in the Mid-west area. Jasmine and Christie care about the dogs as if they were their own. Several updates throughout the day with photos so I know when they poop, play and sleep. Very convenient hours and love seeing the constant upgrades to the facility. I like that you have a private room with TV and sofa so my pup doesn't feel locked in a cage. Thanks for being the best!

I cannot stress enough how amazing MPL is! I have been taking my energetic pup here for over 1 month now, and he absolutely loves it. The staff is amazing. Christie and Jasmine really care for animals, are extremely patient, and treat pets and their owners with love and respect. The pictures and daily updates they post of the pups help you feel secure and make you smile every time. My puppy Stark gets excited every weekday morning to hop in the truck and head to MPL to see his favorite teachers and his new friends. 6/5 stars, the absolute best! If you have a time consuming career, but still want to give your little guy/girl a great day, stop by MPL and let them have a blast!

Dogtopia Houston-Galleria - they sre soo tired and they got cute bandanas!!

However, it's what you do to rebound from that right? So Alejandro saw us and apologized so it doesn't really matter. At the end of the day, our furry children had a good time. They had a blueberry facial, they had bandanas, they also had a lot of exercise and 1:1 time. What I loved-- is how we can check the pet cameras to make sure they are ok! They also did brain games too and they were so tired when we picked them up! Money usually cries in the car but he didn't cry at all on our way back so I could tell that dogtopia did a very great job. Jasmine also explained everything well. The pups also had their nails trimmed too!!!! I loved how they center the dogs around like what group they can be too! Penny and Money were in the medium dog size group for medium energy! Separated from highest energy dogs! That kind of thought is so cute!

He entered their facility healthy and spent several days in daycare followed by five nights of boarding. According to Dogtopia, his daily wellness checks were consistently 100% fine, with ZERO signs of illness. Yet suddenly, he was rushed to a veterinarian in CRITICAL condition, suffering from a collapsed lung, infection, and other severe complications that ultimately led to his death. How could a dog supposedly monitored daily deteriorate so severely without any warning signs being noticed? We strongly question whether Dogtopia exercised the proper care, attention, and supervision they were entrusted and paid to provide. What makes this tragedy even more unacceptable is Dogtopia's lack of urgency, transparency, and accountability. Their initial call failed to communicate how serious his condition was. It wasn't until the veterinarian contacted us that we understood he was fighting for his life. Earlier and clearer communication could have given us an opportunity to make critical treatment decisions sooner. Instead of helping us understand what happened, the owner immediately suggested he was already sick before boarding, contradicting their own reports of perfect wellness checks. When we requested written records and video footage, the owner outright refused to provide them. To us, this reflects a disturbing lack of compassion, responsibility, and transparency toward a family whose dog died while entrusted to their care. The most heartbreaking reality is that our baby boy is DEAD, and NOTHING we do will ever bring our baby boy back. No apology, explanation, or action can undo this devastating loss. When the owner stated that deaths at Dogtopia are rare, my response was simple: BUT IT HAPPENED TO OUR BABY BOY! Even one death deserves serious investigation and accountability. We trusted Dogtopia with a member of our family, and that trust has been completely shattered. From one dog parent to another, please think twice before entrusting your beloved pet to Dogtopia. Our baby boy deserved better, and no family should have to experience this heartbreak.

From the first stay, I could tell they actually understand dogs, not just watch them. He came back relaxed, clean, and acting like himself, which says everything. The communication was solid, and I didn't have to chase anyone for updates. Place is clean, staff is friendly, and more importantly, they know what they're doing. I trust them with my dog, and that's not something I say lightly.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years first my late dog, and now my current miniature schnauzer. If you look back at my previous review photos, you'll see the PERFECT schnauzer cut they used to do. Consistent. Professional. Distinguished little gentleman energy. Recently though, scheduling became nearly impossible. Every conversation sounded like: "Let me confirm if our groomer is actually working that day..." After weeks of trying to coordinate schedules, my schnauzer's hair got longer than ever. He loves wearing shirts, so yes, he had some matting. I paid extra for de-matting and gave very clear instructions: shave the skirt, but keep a full beard along with his chest and paws fluffy. Y'all... when I picked him up, I genuinely did not recognize my own dog. He walked in looking like a miniature schnauzer and walked out looking like a scrappy chihuahua named Peanut. They shaved EVERYTHING. His entire body, his face, even his whiskers. HIS WHISKERS. WTF. I know hair grows back and thankfully it's summer, but I honestly felt bad for him. As someone with longer hair myself, if somebody sat me down and buzzed me to the skin without warning, I'd probably need emotional support and a hoodie for a month. My dog still seems happy and unbothered, but I'm traumatized enough for both of us. After years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing and totally unacceptable. We will never come back..

If you go on their website, they do a good job in explaining the exact location! I'm not sure if there are more than one owner but I've only spoken to the lady in the front (Angela). She's always been so nice and gentle to my baby Luna! We take her here to get groomed because for the service and price, it literally can't be beat. She also took Luna in for a last minute appointment even though she closes early today. Very very accommodating. Overall a hidden gem that needs to be more known! After extensive research I chose this place and it will be my first and only groomer for my baby :) P.S I think we chose the 4th cut because we didn't wanna make her look too bald. Angela did warn us that because Luna's hair is straight, the hair would stick up if we chose the 4th setting but we don't mind the outcome :) One final P.S .... remember to tip well!!! She deserves it

Clean, the place didn't smell of urine. Quiet, there wasn't a ton of machines running and dogs barking. I believe this is because the place had lots of space and rooms to compartmentalize, rather than packed in one small room. Kind people, the lady was very nice and accommodating to my requests. Con: The actual haircut didn't look that great. The groomer listed when I pointed out some fixes and adjusted accordingly. However I could tell inherently, the cut wasn't that great. It was even and the wash was done well, but the actual aesthetics were not there. My shih tzu was done in a way that left her eyes looking very sunken in. I included a photo taken after some adjustments.
