And I didn't keep receiving emails or calls after the initial quote like I did with other companies. Of course you get what you pay for right? Wrong! The 2 movers came right on time. They told me their names, unfortunately I forgot, but these guys moved my piano!! Made the appointment 3 weeks ahead, but they didn't show up at all. I called them multiple times during the day. At first, they answered the call and said they had some accidents and would get back to me asap (signal was really bad so I could not hear very clearly). Then I waited for several hours and called again, but they didn't answer the phone, so I texted them and they texted back saying that they would definitely come late afternoon (I made the appointment for 9am-12pm). I have waited them for the whole day, but they just didn't show up at all. Ruined my plan completely, since I have to reschedule for both my old and new apartments' elevator use and take extra PTOs. read more

Pete is great. I had to move my mom from Chicago to Michigan. She lived in a second story apartment. Pete and Jose came and treated my mother's things like they were their own. The care and concern they had for her things was unbelievable. I cannot tell you how helpful these two were. It was a stressful move as my mother is aging and not doing well. I really didn't know if she would make the drive to Michigan. These two helped us out with friendliness and genuine caring which helped chill me out when dealing directly with my mom. I booked a move with these guys for last Saturday at 9:30. Jake and Anthony showed up right on time and were super professional and courteous. They moved quickly but with much care for my belongings. A great Moving company. We had a move scheduled starting at 8 am, The two movers got there at 7:50 am. My two movers were great and efficient. Moved us in 2 hours. Would recommend Super Movers. One thing I was surprised as he does not check his email. I emailed to send me a contract. I Had to call to make things happen. I would have felt better with a written guarantee they would show up.
