Mike and the other team member were incredibly attentive, professional, and communicative throughout the entire visit. They went above and beyond by cleaning my windows, filling my tires, checking all my filters, and taking care of my oil change efficiently and thoroughly. What stood out most was how comfortable and confident they made me feel. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure both my car and I were well taken care of. It's hard to find service like that these days. Not sure why I was charged 89 for full synthetic and charged 12 for 4.5 quarts of oil, 20 for oil filter, 20 for a "special" filter. Seven for a car wash when wasn't asked if I wanted one. More charges than I ever expected for an oil change. It would been cheaper going to a dealership. Customer service was excellent no complaints there. But I'll honestly never use Grease Monkey again. I wasn't expecting the bill to that damn high. read more

I did have a coupon for a full-service oil change of $15 off the regular price $79.99 I did splurge and get a new air filter for $33.99 bucks. Bonus was the free car wash token!! I foolishly drove our old beater car into Rapid City to run errands when my husband was out of town and my oil light came on. Super Lube Plus on Lacrosse was the closest place to go for help. When I got there, it was 10 minutes until they closed. I asked if they could help me and they said sure, they'd take a look. The car was 2 quarts low on oil and they topped it off for me. Oh my goodness, so friendly and nice! And so close to them being done for the day. I can't say enough about the help and caring I found there. Totally recommend this shop. read more

Service was average. We have done business with Valvoline Instant Oil Changes for the last several years and they have the instant oil change business down -- in and out. Living in the area now so looked for a similar. Super Lube offers the same type of service but is not even remotely organized to get people in and out efficiently. Oil change took over 30 minutes and then after I started the car so they could do a dipstick check with cycled oil, I just sat there for another 5-10 minutes with no interaction. I finally got out of my car and asked if I was supposed to go in and pay or what the next step was. SuperLube is not efficient. I would want to get customers in and out as fast as possible while still being professional and ensuring the work was done right. Do it right, quick and professional to maximize business flow, respect customers time and build a business people want to frequent when there are other oil change services out there. read more

We stopped here for an oil change with our ford transit camper van. They did a great job. We were in & out within 15 minutes. They did all the normal servicing plus washed our windows which is a plus considering we drive a lot of highway miles & they get pretty bad. Staff was all very friendly.
