we have had our oil changes here's for both our vehicles. However when I had an oil change a couple of times my van was heating up and the oil was low? Then it happened to my sons car. I quit going there but my son stuck with them. He had the oil changed about a month ago and his car was overheating. guess what low on oil. They are not putting enough oil in our cars which can cause engine damage and whatever else. My son is convinced now not to take his car there any more. read more

Sat and waited for service while two workers were working and another walked around on his phone, device use to be quick but over the year things definitely slowed down. One time the mechanics used YouTube to do work on a vehicle. read more

I live in CA but visit SD regularly. I have had oil changed at Super lube twice before today, being the third time, and without exception, service is fast, efficient and competent. It is a bit more costly than some places but the extra value of topping off all fluids, checking air in tires and making recommendations of other potential needs they note upon inspection - and the work being completed by guys who look and act professionally - it is worth the cost. I've been getting my oil changes there for the last year. I had one of my vehicle oil changed on a trip. They couldn't remove the oil filter. It was placed on to tight from Super Lube. Had another one of my vehicle oil changed today. Same thing they couldn't remove the oil filter. Both of my vehicles last oil change were at this Super Lube. i went here probably 2 weeks ago to get my oil changed. my car was running just fine before and right after i left this place my car started over heating. i had a friend look at it and he found out there was absolutely no oil. how do you go to a place to specifically get an oil change and not even do the oil change. i spent $132 for nothing. this is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Absolutely wonderful service n staff. Driving cross country needed n oil change picked this place for quick in out drive through. Staff was super friendly n oil change n n fluid top off was done in 15min. Was told my Subaru had a fog light out I grumbled those things r hard change. They offered to change it for me I said yes please n chuckled knowing it's a huge pain. Bulb was delivered in 5min n the next while was spent happily laughing n joking with the awesome crew over how ridicules this process was. This is by far my best experience I ever had with an oil change. I always take my ram 1500 to the ram Dodge dealership, but I have been working in the northern states for over a month. I am from Wichita Kansas and my oil change signal came on. There was no available appointment to get into the ram dealership in Rapid City, so I reluctantly looked for a quick oil change place while going through. I chose this place and the bald fella running it definitely Ex-military. He runs a tight ship and his lingo and habits are full on military. Great cool guy and did not push any services that you did not need. I highly recommend this place. I wish they had a person like this in Wichita Kansas running a jiffy lube type place. read more

I came in with my own oil (Mobile 1 synthetic because i've always used it) and they pushed and pushed to sell me on their $70 package with their own oil instead. I finally told them "Look, I just want a simple oil change with the oil i brought". They then told me they would charge me standard pricing, but would only knock off 2 dollars for bringing my own stuff. Being as pushy as they were, while having a horrible attitude because i had my own oil, I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Stopped here today to get a quick oil change although the staff were polite and friendly they botched the oil change & removed the current oil supply & didn't replenish my oil supply. My engine reacted appropriately with warning lights eventually idleing and cutting off within a block of the business I barely made it back without my engine turning its self off about 4-5 times as a safety measure. When I returned 10mins later the Assistant General manger couldn't tell me the origin of the problem eventually decided to redo the entire oil change process. He mentioned his mechanic possibly didn't add enough oil to the engine. I watched him put oil in the engine before he could take it back into the bay. He assured me that these type of issues never happen but I'm not convinced. What should have been 20-45 mins took almost 2 hours with a couple dozen empty apologies and half ass oil change don't waste your money. read more
