My initial review: Hello. I've had my previous two oil changes done at your shop. The last time, estimating May-unsure exactly, there was a leak following the oil change. I brought it back and a "new, bigger," plug was placed in order to stop the leak. It continued to drip intermittently. Yesterday, I took my van to the local Honda dealer here in Rapid City. When the techs went to remove the plug, the threads broke off. They were not able to get the plug back in, without leaking. I had to leave my car there, since it won't hold oil. Now I have to get a new oil pan installed, to the tune of $900. This is not okay. How will you remedy this? Thank you. Incredibly helpful staff. Was coming into Rapid City and trying to find a mechanic to do a brake job. Pulled into super lube and met Tyler. He was incredibly helpful even though unfortunately his store didn't have a lift. He recommended another one and Even got the other store on the phone and got us an appointment for the next day. There's no sense of them trying to scam or upsell you on anything. They give you exactly what you ask for and provide great advice on your vehicle. My sister and I currently driving across the country and we needed to get an oil change and we also have a uhaul trailer attached as well making this really difficult and we weren't sure what we were going to do about an oil change. However they made it super super easy and were really nice we just pulled in with the uhaul trailer attached and they changed the oil quickly and were really cool about everything. A minivan loaded with children...towing a trailer...and about a million miles overdue for an oil change. We stopped in Rapid City for a few days and an oil change was on our list of things to see and do. We sure are glad we stopped at Super Lube! They let us all stay in the van, and we were able to pull the trailer into the bay with us -- bonus points to these gents for not making us unload the gaggle of kiddos or drop the trailer somewhere first! After a fast and efficient oil change we were on our way. The kids exclaimed, "They're done already?!?!" Additionally, the service area, front desk, and bathroom were all VERY neat and clean. Friendly, quick, convenient, and fairly priced. Whenever I come in, they always get to my vehicle immediately and I'm out in 15 minutes (I've never had to make an appointment either.) I also looooove that they give you a car wash token. Several different people recommended this place to me, so I know I'm not alone in loving it. Was running late, had my own oil, asked if there was time for one more. It was 5:34 Pm. Attendant said he wanted to leave at 5:30 even though business hours are listed as open until 6:00 PM I was asked if I had my own oil filter which I had ordered online for the 5.0 Cummins. I also brought my own oil. The attendant told me he was still going to charge me 70.00 which would of cost me 150.00 in total for an oil change. While this guy is working there I would not recommend using this particular facility. The guy is a thief! In the middle a 9,000 mile roadtrip with my kids and about 2000 miles from home and my oil light comes on. I rolled in to rapid city and ended up here. I really.lucked out. The guys here are fast and nice. I mentioned that the last place forgot to put my air filter back in and he assured me that they work in teams so someone is always there to check each other's work. With synthetic oil and an added 2 quarts.for my large SUV my total came out to $75. He said they do have a basic option in the $29 range. read more

This quick lub and oil change service business has it right when considering customer service. I had the underside plastic cowling dragging on my 2003 BMW z4 sports car while attending the Sturgis rally. I pulled into the Super-Lub and the shift manager was more than willing to help fix the cowling. I did not have an oil change; just needed some minor repair work. It was done without question and when I was told no charge, I decided to buy lunch for the team of three workers for their good will. Great customer service requires service oriented people and this Super-Lub has both. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THE MT RUSHMORE LOCATION... I wouldnt even give it 1 star. We brought our 2002 dodge caravan to be fully serviced at the mount rushmore location and they didnt even check my antifreeze and drove around for about 2 weeks with no antifreeze. I didnt realize it until our van had a smell of hot metal so I ended up taking it to the LaCrosse location and the guy right away smelt the same thing and checked my fluids and told me that my antifreeze was completely dry. By then our van was completely F****d and its kept overheating and so we had to junk it. Now I recently brought a 2005 Mazda 6 and took it to be completely serviced at the mount rushmore location again and this time they didnt top my brake fluid and they didnt tell me about the brake fluid being low. I ended up leaving and a few days later my brakes was to soft and it wasnt making my car stop properly. I took my car to Bargian Barns and tire and they told me that my brake fluid was almost empty. I didnt even know about it until I took it to the shop. I called them to let the manager know what their employees was doing and all the manager said was that I should of known about it. He apologize and gave me a business card and on the back he put his initial and wrote 50% off next service. I would not do business here again because they have cost us a vehicle and almost cost me another vehicle. It would of been a different story if I would of had my family in the car and the brakes didnt work right. They need to train their puppets how to properly work and service a car right. I WILL NOT BE DOING SERVICE HERE ANYMORE. read more

Ok seriously - there are a lot of places to get your oil changed - this one is by far the best! Super clean facility and the staff is extremely friendly, they let us hang out in the shop area and watch the process, we absolutely just loved that. Luke, our technician was very informative and nice. He especially loved the "pit stop" verbal chatter that they have with each other as they're checking over your car. We'll be back for sure. i'm not typically one to write reviews but after my experience these past couple of months i thought i would. the last few times i have gotten my oil changed here the workers have seemed sloppy and negligent, resulting in me having more things to be fixed on my car. granted, they were not big expensive things, but not anything i wanted to put up with. today was the crowning jewel when i went in to have my 3 month old wiper replaced because it was already busted, when the worker implied that i was dumb and wrecked it myself by using it improperly. they replaced it for free, at least. it may have only been a $10 blade but i've never had them fall apart that fast on me before. so sorry superlube! i'm taking my business somewhere else. read more
