And this is only because I took my car to a different oil place. This oil place changed my oil back yo the recommended oil. I was so worried I would have issues with my car. I took it directly to the dealership. They basically told me Grease Monkey did wrong. They put 0w20 when my car was taking and recommended 5w30 or 0w30. It's not good to do that. I spoke with a manager and he said he would have Matt (district manager mt Rushmore rd Rapid City South Dakota location) I explained the situation and asked to speak with his supervisor. Only because after explaining, Matt said there was no issues. Was really rude about it. I said i was worried about my car. He just got short and ruder. Matt told me that he had no phone number for his supervisor directly but i could go to the website "like he said he does" and email them. I'm furious by this time. I have called several times and left messages. I have emailed a few times as well. NO ONE will contact me.
