My van blew a head gasket, got the run around for several weeks on time frame that was originally told 2 days tops. Upon attempted pick up, the van ran worse then when I brought it in. Towed it back to Colorado and had a real mechanic look at it, the old blown head gasket was still in the van despite the fact I paid over $1,300.00 for repair. Attempted to contact Bubbas and tell them and got nothing but lies including a fake email account from a make believe CPA stating that the van refund for repair was in its way...I am leaving out key details but I'm not trying to write a book. But please for the love of your vehicle, DO NOT take it here. You would be better paying a high school kid to rebuild your engine and prob would do a better job than these thieves. Point S was the first thing I saw and I had a good experience at another Point S in Utah last summer, so even though my GPS was set to go to another tire place, I stopped here. They were busy and asked if I had an appointment, and I said that I hadn't exactly planned on a flat tire while traveling that day. ;) At first I thought I was going to have to wait several hours, but one of the guys up front realized my situation and got me right in. They were able to fix my tire and didn't even charge me. I recommend them for their helpfulness!

I've given them multiple chances, and each time they've managed to drop the ball in a new, infuriating way. First off, on my most recent visit, they left a coolant hose disconnected on my truck, which led to it overheating and sitting in their shop for an extra five days. Not only did they fail to fix it promptly, but they never bothered to communicate what was going on. No calls, no updates--just radio silence while my truck sat there. To add insult to injury, a previous time I went in, they didn't even latch my hood properly. Imagine hitting the highway and having your hood fly up on you. That's not just bad service; it's downright dangerous. All in all, they've turned what should have been simple visits into a series of hassles and safety risks. I can't recommend them to anyone. If you value your vehicle and your peace of mind, steer clear.
