I'm growing my hair out from a short haircut. It was uneven and messy. I've been trying to make time to get that taken care of to at least get it evened out while it's growing out. I've been to super haircuts before and today I decided I would go back and see what they could do with it. Dao always does a great job. Today I didn't have an appointment so I took my chances. Vicky (my apologies if I spelled that incorrectly) did a fantastic job! I expected to come out looking like I had even less hair. Even but shorter. She managed to make it look really good and even like a short Bob. I was so happily impressed and surprised, and it made my mood for the day! I feel much more like myself again. I had a haircut for both myself and kids earlier this week and saw their promo for the Japanese head spa treatment when I was paying. I didn't realize they had facial services! It's Jan 2025 and they're running a promo for the head spa. I booked the 75 min package which included the head spa treatment and microdermabrasion / hydrating facial, all while in a massage chair that lays flat. It's a quaint room but still relaxing. Michelle explained the process and took her time. She used Paul Mitchell invigorating tea tree shampoo and Moroccan oil conditioner, both smell and feel great. My skin felt smooth immediately after the appointment. Left feeling refreshed! Highly recommend! read more

7/25/22: Been a customer for a few years and today I went in to get a haircut, since it had been two years since my last cut. Walked in around 2pm, didn't see anyone around, other than a young Caucasian female, who appeared to be sitting in a chair, with her eyes closed, and I thought that she was getting her hair washed. I waited about five minutes, and decided to walk to the back rooms to see it anyone else was around. I didn't see anyone else, and I noticed the young Caucasian female's hair was dry. I asked her if she worked there. She woke up from a deep sleep, and said that she worked there. I told her that I was there to get a haircut, but that I didn't want to deal with her. She said that Dao was in the bathroom. I waited on Dao, and she recognized me from when she last cut my hair. Dao gave me a great hair cut, while sleeping beauty was trying to get to her senses. I find it rather appalling that this young lady thought it was ok to be sleeping on the job. That is the epitome of "white privilege". I asked Dao about the owners, since I knew them from years back. Dao said that the owners were off today. I told Dao that I was about to walk out of the shop until I saw her. It's unfortunate that the owners were not there, because I know that if they were, this young Caucasian lady would not have been sleeping on the job. read more

It's very hard to write this review because I love my haircut. Been going here about a year now and just can't go back due to hygiene practices. I have noticed they use the same comb all day on every person. He picked up the comb lying in pile of hair on the counter and knocked the hair off and proceeded to use it on my hair. There is no jar of cleaning solution for the combs. They also use the same clippers without cleaning between customers. This time I also had to step over piles of hair to get to the chair because they didn't sweep or dust off the chair between customers. It's too bad because they give excellent cuts. read more

First time customer yesterday. I walked in with a special situation. I had grown my hair out a couple to three inches after years of completely shaving my head. (I have male pattern baldness) Over the last few months I was trying to give myself a trim to keep it from looking too unkempt. Ready to get it cut professionally, I had tried three other businesses in the area. I explained the situation to each stylist and what I was trying to do with it. They appeared to listen and understand, but the cut I got from each, you would think not. It seemed I got the routine assembly line cut they perhaps gave to any balding man. The cut was not near what I asked for. I was about to give up and go back to a shaved head. Decided to look for a place via Yelp this time. After reading the reviews for Super Haircuts, I decided I would try this, one more time. No sooner had I signed in, Dao greeted me and invited me to her station. I explained what I was trying to do. She kindly repeated back what I had said, making sure she understood what I wanted. While doing so, she was lifting up each section of my hair demonstrating what she intended to do. Excellent! The haircut: Exactly as I requested. It's not overstating to say, I've never been happier with a haircut. (I know it's just a haircut, but it matters, you know?) This is the perfect place to get your haircut. The shop is small and always busy, but there's never a long wait. The people working there are inviting and greet you right away. The price is great: $14 for my long hair! Michael does a great job on my hair. I'm very picky about my hair and I prefer a long layered look. Don't pick Brian as your stylist. He keeps running off answering the phone for do other things than focus on cutting my hair. He kept using the hair blower to clear the hair from my covered sheet. There were too much hair to clear each time I asked him to cut it short, he kept leaving it longer than what I wanted read more

So first time I came here, I expected a good fade with spikes. Michael was cutting my hair and although there was a language barrier I thought it would work out If I tried explaining it to him the best I could, and shoe him a picture. When I got home and showered the gel off It looked like a puff of hair on my head in a square shape. Thinking it was my explaining I went back a 1.5 weeks later and explained to him more in detail and showing him another picture at more angles, same result.
